Lake Family Vacation

Beautiful home with all the amenities. The dock area housed fun lake gear our adult and teenage kids enjoyed. Plenty of room for the 11 of us and all our own gear!

Great Stay and Beautiful location

We had a great weekend at this place. The house was perfect. Each floor has a master bedroom with bath. Could not have been more perfect for us.

Totally Enjoyed

House was very comfortable for 9 people. Water toys that were available were a big hit for the grandchildren and adults. Never even ventured to the community pool. Great location to the Bridgewater Marina. Family totally enjoyed the stay.

Peaceful location

Clean house, great owner, close to main channel, but far enough away to be quiet, and safe for kids to swim and kayak.

Great house on the lake!

Great house on the lake with plenty of room for my family. The dock was super nice and we spent most of our time there. Used the paddle boards and kayak. We also enjoyed the community pool!

Lake Trip with friends

House was well equipped and clean. Plenty more of room for our group! The dock was very nice, offered plenty of room and lots of sun….was great for fishing and tanning 😊! And the walkway to the dock was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Summer get together with friends

We had a great time at this house on the lake! Very convenient to get to town and to Bridgewater Marina. House was clean and well supplied. The dock was wonderful for swimming and for napping in the sun!

Delightful visit

This home is in a great location for swimming right off the dock safely and easy access to all areas of the lake. Clean home and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children.

Awesome Mother Daughter weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the lake and we’re thankful for the chairs, kayak, rafts, and floating dock provided. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Lake House!

Our family had a great vacation at this house on the lake. Everyone enjoyed swimming and using the kayak, paddle boards and floats! Loved the view! The host got back to us right away about an issue. Will definitely go back.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The house was well furnished and very clean. The water toys provided were great and the grandkids especially enjoyed the lily pad. Smith Mountain Lake water is also perfect. The family would love to return!

Family Reunion

Zac's house was a perfect base for our family reunion. We would stay there again. Just be aware that you will only have "starter packs" of things like paper goods and dish cleanser. It was fine as we made several trips to Food Lion nearby anyway.

Great house

Nothing negative to say about this house. House in a great location. Not a long walk to the boating/fishing dock. Lots of water recreational items at the dock for the grandchildren. First time in this house and we already reserved the house for the Dane week next year. Another plus is that owner usually responded relatively quickly.

Terrific House/Dock on Smith Mountain Lake

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this house. Ten of us from age 10 to 75, three generations. Location is great. Kids loved the dock with a swimming pad, paddle boards, kayak, floats, etc. I was in contact with the host (Zack) several times. He was very responsive and handled these minor items immediately. Thank you Zack.

A great escape

We had a great time at this property. Very well maintained and clean. Plenty of room for everyone and everything available at the location to keep you busy. Kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. A very nice dock with items available for water fun (Kayak/Paddle board etc.) Only thing missing were enough life jackets. There was only one adult and one children’s life jacket when we got there. Not enough for the family to have fun together. Luckily, we had couple kids life jackets with us that we ended up leaving behind for the next family. Now there are 1 adult and 3 kids jackets for you to enjoy the waters. Great place overall and we would love to go back.

Perfect for a family gathering

The house was very well appointed with everything you need. The location was in a lovely cove with plenty of space to kayak and play in the water. We will be back next year!!
