It's just a short (few minutes) walk from our home to the beach walkovers! Beautiful 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths with so MANY amenities! Beachside Village is an established, premier neighborhood beachside just a few minutes walk to the shore! This home has a soaring wall of double windows in the living area that provide beautiful natural light to the common areas. One of just a couple homes in the neighborhood that has complete wrap around decks where you can walk around the house to the other side! (Check out the "secret deck") as one guest described it! And the yard is 100% fenced.

Neighborhood community beach access points/dune crossovers . Sleeps 14 plus two pack & plays. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances including built-in ice maker, plus new GE side by side fridge installed winter 2023 & full size washer & dryer. Professional grade pots and pans and small appliances such as blender, crock pot, toaster, can opener, and both drip and Keurig coffee pots. Some cooking oil and spices provided. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, hand soap, sponge, also provided. Margarita glasses, martini glasses, tea & hi ball glasses provided.

360 degree wrap around porches on both levels all freshly stained, including all decks. Outdoor furniture on all decks, rocking chairs and side tables. Overhead and market lights on covered ground level area with charcoal grill, , two tables and cocktail lounge area! Plenty of room to entertain, rain or shine. Great for family/friend reunions or business/church retreats.

Televisions in every bedroom and in living room w/high speed wifi & cable. Sheets, linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Extra pillows, blankets and 3" cool gel pad toppers on every mattress. New Roki TV and new chest of drawers in queen bedroom downstairs. New King size bed in primary suite and new clothes cabinet.

Beach friendly wagon. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Beach towels. Boogie boards and beach toys. Indoor/outdoor games, cards for all ages. Plenty to keep adults and children busy on rainy or inclement days. Also, charcoal grill and lots of seating under house.

Private outdoor shower with hot water and overhead lighting. Green belt access and view from porch and ground level. Ample parking for 5 vehicles depending on size.

Less than 3 miles from the Galveston Seawall where you'll find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and the famous Pleasure Pier. Moody Gardens, the Historic Strand District and Schlitterbahn all within close driving proximity.

Great beach side rental

Property is right near beach - 3 min walkWe were 14 people including kids and all slept well in comfortable beds. The property was well maintained and easy access to everything. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Perfect Galveston Getaway

The house was perfect for our stay with our friends and kiddos! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals. The neighborhood was perfect, and access to the beach couldn’t have been better. This was a great getaway to kick off our summer, would absolutely stay again!

One of the best places to stay in Gaveston

Every thing was perfect at this property. Located close to town andand close to the beach. The property is the best managed property we have stayed at,from the bottle of wine that greeted me when I first walked in to the simple checkout when we left. Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay. A few things make this better than other places we have stayed. It is super clean, and that's a big deal to my family. Lots of nice touches...beach towels, body boards, wagon, and an ice cooler to name a few. Finally, the location is great! We will be back.

Wonderful stay

We have enjoyed staying here for 2 years now. The home works well for us…..I will say the stairs are becoming more challenging though. My family loves being in Galveston during winter. The whole process is easy and everyone is prompt with communications regarding our stay. Thank you.

Great Family/Friend Weekend

Great property for two families to share. We had four young children (six months to 3.5 years) and everyone had plenty of space, plus a great kitchen/living/dining area and porches for the whole group. Short walk to the beach was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had plenty of toys, beach gear, and beach towels. We’ll hopefully be visiting again soon!

Beautiful spacious beach home

Everything was clean. Home was close to stores and beautiful scenery. The ONLY negative was the loud sound the compressor made when the air conditioner came on. We would stay in this same area again!

Beautiful place

We had a great time at the beach house. We threw a little sweet 16 for my daughter with her friends who stayed the night with us, and we went to the beach, did a fire a barbecued everything was so perfect. The manager was in touch with us, and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay. It wasn’t too far from the water and moderately priced. The neighborhood is very cute with friendly people!! absolutely loved this place would stay again!

Wonderful property!

This house was amazing and perfect for our large group. It had all the comforts of home and more, was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was very proactive in communicating with us about any questions we had, even before we booked. The beach was only a short walk away, and the downstairs outdoor patio with outdoor shower (with hot water!) was perfect for grilling and gathering. There’s an additional set of stairs indoors that was wonderful for keeping out the bugs and the sand from the other floors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Extended family vacation

We had a wonderful time! House was fully stocked with everything imaginable from kitchen spices to toiletries ( ex make up wipes and extra toothbrushes), and beach gear/beach toys. The Host has thought of every detail. Communication with the host was also easy and fast. Would stay again! Thanks again for the wonderful memories!

Perfect Beach House

This house is beautiful and perfect for a beach getaway with family and friends. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and on how beautiful the furniture and decor was. The outdoor seating and grilling area is huge and perfect if you have several people. They had every beach item you could possibly think of available. The property is well-kept, close to the beach, and the host responds quickly to communications. We look forward to returning for our next beach trip!

Perfect beach getaway

First of all I must say the owners are beyond gracious and helpful! They even asked my children’s ages and left age appropriate toys. The home is WELL stocked with everything you could ever need, from the kitchen to the garage full of beach toys and goodies. Beds are very comfortable and amenaties of Galveston are a short drive away. Stay here if you’re looking to relax and unwind.

Fantastic weekend!

This home fit our group wonderfully (7 adults, 6 kids-ages 2-7). Plenty of very comfortable beds, very clean & tons of toys for the kids. It was very nice to have the wagon & all the beach toys already there and ready to use. There are plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, shade canopies, kites, & sand castle equipment to keep the kids entertained for the whole day at the beach. The beach is wonderful and just a very short walk from the house. Kitchen was well equipped! We had the perfect weekend in Galveston 😁

Great Weekend!

The house was so clean and beautiful. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and the garage was well stocked with chairs and toys and just about anything you could want for the beach. Definitely recommend this place!

Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and beach views from both front and back of the house! Wrap around porches. The patio under the house provides lots of entertainment space with 2 large tables and a comfortable lounge area that is perfect to enjoy cocktails after a day at the beach! What sets this property apart from the others, are the cathedral ceilings in the living room with huge windows that open the space and allow for natural light during the day and moonlight at night.
