Fully renovated with air conditioning, the apartment is bright, spacious, warm, well-decorated and furnished.
It has three bedrooms with two double beds, three single beds, a bunk bed and a cot, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed.
Take advantage of the furnished BALCONY to admire the magnificent VIEW of the SEA, to spend a good moment between you outside during the beautiful sunny days!

You will have immediate access to the beach of Les Sablettes, and close to small quieter coves such as Fabregas, La Verne and the beach of Boeuf. The accommodation is located near various bars and restaurants, the Fernand de Braudel Landscape Park, near the Friday market and the Night market in summer; and for your small daily shopping, you will find the "Leclerc" at 8 minutes walk, or the small Casino at 10mns. You will stay 3 minutes walk from the Tourist Office of La Seyne sur Mer, 25 minutes by car from Sanary sur mer and 20 minutes from Le Brusc which both have magnificent markets, 20 minutes from Toulon (by car or by boat), 1h30 from Saint Tropez, 45mns from the Calanques of Cassis. And from Les Sablettes, you can take the boat to visit the island of Porquerolles.

## Emplacement
La Seyne, 2nd city of the Var in terms of inhabitants... On February 7, 2008, the city obtained the label of seaside resort and tourism. It is part of the Communauté d'Agglomération Toulon Provence Méditerranée. The town has an SNCF train station, putting La Seyne a few minutes from Toulon by TER, 40 minutes from Marseille and about 2 hours from Nice. The nearest airports are Toulon/Hyères and Le Castellet. Finally, the port welcomes several cruise ships throughout the year. La Seyne's heritage is rich and bears witness to the shipyard activity. Michel Marius Pacha, a wealthy visionary, also settled in La Seyne, he will give the city its tourist orientation by building a casino and a hotel in the Tamaris district.
