This family friendly condo is tastefully decorated with a calming ocean theme that'll definitely set the mood for your stay at the beach. Enjoy a spacious living room connected to a full kitchen featuring a farm sink and plenty of counter space. The condo's private washer/dryer will take care or swimsuits and towels while you enjoy a soak in the tub. Central air conditioning will ensure comfort, so you can fully enjoy the Florida sunshine. The beach really is as close as it looks - you can access it easily, as well as the shared pool available during your stay. What are you waiting for?

There's plenty to do in this part of the beach, in addition to the beautiful beach itself. Pier Park, with its variety of shops and restaurants, is just five-and-a-half miles away! Take a ride on the Skywheel Panama City Beach for a great view of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo. Head five-and-a-half miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
