Brand NEW GORGEOUS 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 & is directly on MUSIC ROW! GUITAR SHAPED POOL!

* HeiarLivin has OVER 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 4 bedroom condos, as well as 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom homes that sleep large groups! If you have over 10 guests just let us know & we'll be happy to send you more details of our listings to accommodate your group! We like to book 3 nights on the wkds but just message us & we'll try to work with you!

This is our NEW 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, LUXURIOUS & MODERN VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

MAIN:
The sleek white & black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 6 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there is an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows!

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. This goes for our grills as well as they are in the pool area.

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional free street parking is available across the street in front of the condo.

Wonderful Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was within walking distance of shops, food and attractions.The two separate showers are a nice feature (condo has one bathroom) along with the separate toilet and separate sink areas which made getting ready super easy! We never lacked hot water and the shower pressure was fantastic.The hosts were quick to respond and offered helpful tips regarding the Nash area. Just two suggestions (not complaints) - it would be great to have TVs in the bedrooms and a dresser or two in the bedrooms to store items for longer stays. Overall, wonderful place to stay. We look forward to our next trip to Nashville and would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time we can make time for a dip in the guitar shaped pool!

Awesome!
This place was awesome! Loved the decor! It was clean and had everything you need for your stay. The location was great! Location was great because it was close to Broadway, The Gulch and the 12 South neighborhood with a strip of bars that was in close walking distance. We would 100% recommend this place or any of Derek and Lacey’s rentals. Lacey was very easy to work with, such a sweetheart!

Derek & I are brother & sister! I moved to Nashville in 2010 to study Radiation Oncology at Vanderbilt. I worked with cancer patients before getting into real estate. In my extra time I volunteer with the kiddos going through cancer treatments at Vanderbilt. Derek is my older brother. He started a wholesale firewood company when he was 17 years old. Today it is one of the top producing firewood companies in the US! He relocated his business to Nashville in 2015. We both enjoy the energy & vibe of Nashville!

We started in the vacation property business in 2015. We have grown to over 10+ homes & condos all in the downtown area. We enjoy having friends & family visit & welcoming so many incredible travelers to Music City!

Derek & I manage & maintenance all of our properties. We have an exceptional cleaning crew & strive to provide our guests with the best possible stay! We look forward to welcoming you into one of our homes, xx!
