A view of the ocean and a grassy dune set the stage for this elegant condo near the shore. Just walk out from the patio and it's an easy walk to the beach. But guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool during their stay. Inside the condo, relax in a beach chic setting made comfortable by central air conditioning. The spacious full kitchen, equipped with a kitchen island and all the tools you need, is perfect for cooking delicious meals together. The private washer/dryer will take care of the sandy clothes from the beach while you enjoy the sight of the waves from the patio.

What's nearby:
Besides the beautiful shores just beyond your patio, Smryna Dunes Park provides room to fish and a different view of Floridian nature eight-and-a-half miles away. Enjoy shopping at local boutiques in the New Smyrna Beach Historic District just under seven miles from the condo! Learn about the history of the area at the Ponce De Leon Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, 23 miles away by car.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful oceanfront condo
Our time here was wonderful. Shorehom by the Sea has such a laid back feel. The beach was quiet most of the time during our stay which is exactly what we were looking for. The minute we opened the front door we knew we chose the right place for our 4 month winter getaway. The condo has been beautifully renovated, has high end furnishings, and quality appliances. Kitchen was well stocked and both bathrooms were sparkling clean! Being on the first floor had its advantages too.....open the door, grab your chair, and head to the beach...no waiting for the elevator. We especially enjoyed watching the many spectacular sunrises. Communication with the owners was great! Very friendly and quick responses to our many questions about the area, restaurants, etc. Amber, the property manager, took care of any concerns we had right away. Excellent service! This complex was full of great people too....definitely would recommend to our friends and family.
