Beautifully renovated ski in ski out condo in Mt. CB with a hot tub!

Please note that the hot tubs at Emmons and Axtell will close on Monday, April 7th, which is the day after the last day of Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s ski season.
The tubs will reopen on June 1st for the summer season.

This beautifully renovated and redecorated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is located slope side at the Mt. Crested Butte base area. A short skip to several restaurants and bars at the base, literally steps to the lifts and a very short walk to the free shuttle that can take you to Historic Downtown Crested Butte. New high end finishes include granite countertops, in-floor heating, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator is a mini fridge) and a beautifully renovated bathroom.There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The large deck has a view of Mt. CB, a grill and plenty of room to hang out with friends or family when the weather permits. Enjoy soaking in the common area hot tub after a day on the slopes or the biking/hiking trails! This unit sleeps 3 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a couch that pulls out to a twin size bed, perfect for one small adult or child.

For streaming services, bring your own ROKU or HDMI cable to attach to your computer. This unit doesn't have streaming services but you are welcome to bring your own.

**Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs up to this unit and no elevator.**

**Please be aware that the hot tub is closed during the off seasons. It is open during the peak season when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort is open.**
**Please note that the fireplace is not in working order and must not be used under any circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe and comfortable during your stay.**
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park on site, in designated lot.

**Please be aware that parking is very limited in this complex with a very small lot out front. Each unit in Emmons is only allowed one parking permit, therefore only one legal car allowed to park in that lot. It is first come, first serve. There is some overflow parking available and we can provide you with a map of the location of these areas. Unfortunately, trialers, RV's or any recreational vehicles are not allowed in either the lot or the overflow parking areas. If you plan to bring any of those items/vehicles, please arrange for special parking through Crested Butte Mountain Resort Adventure Center Concierge Desk.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.
