The property is located on a prestigious and very new tower that gives a sense of luxury and an exceptional hospitality experience just as a vacation should feel

All the furniture and decor in the apartment is carefully selected and is of a very high and luxurious level and contains a lot of thought about the guest who will come and get the best experience.

The apartment is equipped with everything you can think of and all you have to do is come with a suitcase and clothes :)

The location is fantastic and very close to any place you might want.

The tower is very prestigious and high quality and gives a sense of indulgence and prestige. There is a 24/7 private parking guard in a secure car park and 4 elevators (one of which is a Saturday elevator) in addition to the tower allowing safe and convenient access for the disabled.

Guests can use all parts of the house and all the products in the house. Everything is at their disposal and needs to meet their unique needs.

I believe in dedicated and courteous service and provide a quick response to all my guests at all hours of the day.

On the one hand I will give my guests space and privacy but on the other hand it is important for me to know that whatever subject they need me (even if it is not related to the apartment) I will always be happy to meet you and promise to do my best to meet all their requirements in a cordial way and with a smile :)

The neighborhood is located in an amazing location - very close to the city's beaches, close to bus stations, train, restaurants, super markets, bakeries, gas stations and many other attractions. Which basically allows for maximum comfort and the opportunity to experience and enjoy the city in the ultimate way and without much effort.

There is a train station nearby, intersection of inter-urban roads and bus stops leading to all the city centers in the country.

The fact that the apartment is located in a modern and prestigious tower will greatly enhance the experience of staying in the apartment. The apartment is an excellent condition for all the objects in the apartment and also the most advanced and new infrastructures, which means that no faults or problems of any kind are expected and this allows the guest a high certainty that everything will work perfectly and it can be much more relaxed.

The tower is very friendly to visitors who come for short periods and the tower management and management company always welcomes guests.

Property is located right on the shore. Even though the road was busy the apartment was fully insolated and quite. views were amazing.

Location and property is very good, but
The place was good. Furniture and overall content is a basic but accurate description—an excellent location to be a base in TLV. However, communication can be improved...: 1. Too much communication (for a 3-night stay we had way to much time to spend on emails, WhatsApp, and calls...) 2. Too many individuals from O&O in contact. All tough all were nice and courteous.

Orian – A bachelor of Business Administration, BBA at The College of Management Academic studies.

Ofir – A restaurateur and a Business Administration student.

We are a huge traveling fans and in the past years we have traveled and been hosted in South America, United stated, Europe and Asia. During our traveling, we have collected our impressions and conclusions about hosting and servicing, and best ways to do both. For that reason, we are highly passioned to give our guests the best hosting experience and be available for them anytime and for anything needed.
