Welcome to our beautiful Southern Charm home! Plantation style look with two large balconies overlooking the pond to enjoy a morning coffee on! Sit on the porch swing and enjoy the start of an amazing day! Beautiful spiral staircase takes you upstairs to 3 bedrooms, all with their own balcony access. Master Bedroom Suite has access to downstairs balcony and decorative fireplace. Relax in the master whirlpool bath after a long day. Large and full chef's kitchen with double ovens to gather the family around the kitchen bar. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs! Stocked coffee and tea bar in the kitchen. Minutes from Snowden Grove baseball park and Silo Square Shopping. 10 minutes from Tanger Outlet Mall. 20 minutes to enjoy Beale Street. 20 minutes to the casinos. A piece of southern charm you will truly enjoy! Easily accommodates 8, however, this is more setup for two families as opposed to 8 individuals. Master bedroom has a king bed, Upstairs Bedroom 1 has a full and a queen. Bedroom 2 has a full. Bedroom 3 has two twins. Each room has a wifi capable TV. TV with cable and wifi available with Master, Living Room, and Bedroom 1. Each bedroom has charging points for phones, ipads, and devices. Living room has large couch to relax and unwind on. 2 office desks for completing your work. Beautiful neighborhood for walking around the community ponds.

Perfect for larger family
The house literally had everything you could possibly need. We had so much space to spread out and plenty of space to sit and relax after a long day of exploring.

In town for our son’s wedding.
It was well equipped and nicely decorated. The whole house smelled of pumpkin spice which was a lovely aroma in the fall. It was lovely to sit out in the morning and have coffee on the backyard veranda overlooking the lake. Only small issue we had was not enough closet space for all the family members that were at the house. This was only a minor inconvenience and we would definitely come back here again. Lastly, the owners were very gracious and provided us a small gift for our son’s wedding, which was the occasion that we were in Memphis to begin with.

Impressive Colonial Style Property
We stayed at the property as a base for competing in The St Jude Memphis Ironman 70.3 triathlon. The property is very impressive with a vaulted living area, well stocked kitchen and spacious master suite down stairs, with three further bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms had excellent bedding with plush pillows and comfortable sheets. The building is air conditioned . There is a nice view over an adjoining lake to the rear of the property. The property is set within an estate of similar properties with easy access to major roads. Communication with the owner was excellent. We particularly liked the coffee and hot chocolate bars in the kitchen with a variety of different coffees all included. We also received a lovely welcome gift. The property is extremely spacious and well decorated, with the bonus of fragrant candles and diffusers to add to the ambiance. The only minor downside is the travelling time to Memphis and the surrounding area for restaurants etc which is about 25-30 minutes' drive. Overall a fantastic stay, thank you Justin!

A great place to stay
This place was amazing and so much better than an hotel room. My kids loved finding all the little snack treats all thru the house. They had everything you could need to do dishes, laundry, write a list and more. It was very peaceful and calm and the little pond behind it was beautiful. It was for the most part very clean, however i did notice a couple of things. The fans were filthy, i told the kids not to use them so the dust wouldnt fly down, but i think most people dont clean them. I always look at them cause I do clean houses. Also the master bathroom shower had some mold in some places. Nothing some mold remover cant remove. Those were the only 2 issues we had and would not stop us from returning. One last thing, we opened up a cabinet in the laundry room and found what looked like a gun in the bottom cabinet. I have little kids so I was concerned and know absolutely nothing about guns so I did get scared. It looked real to me, i did call the owner and he assured me it was an airsoft gun the previous occupents had left and I could throw away it. However, I did not touch it. Like i said I know nothing about guns except the ones i see on TV and it looked real enough to me. I did not want to take that one chance that it was actually real. I would have like the owners to have at least put it somewhere else if they know a family is coming in. or thrown it away themselves. But overall it was very enjoyable and nice to have our own space>

Nice property
The house was very clean, with fun extra things, such as a hot chocolate bar. It was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. It is on a nice small pond with a fountain, which makes lovely water sounds 24/7. Nice neighborhood.

This is an amazing and truly beautiful Southern Style Property. The decor is modern farm style that you will love. The back has two large patios to enjoy morning sunsets with a coffee from our coffee and tea bar or a gorgeous sunset from our hot chocolate bar, complete with a large patio swing to enjoy that afternoon nap in! If you play the piano, you'll be in for a treat! You won't find a nicer property in the area.

The property is most suitable for up to two families of 8, not 8 individuals. We are close to sporting events, casinos, The Memphis Zoo, Downtown Memphis, and Graceland. The area is renowned for hosting sporting events for all ages, as well as minor and professional sporting events.

The property is located on the edge of a rural area with three catch and release ponds to stroll around and take in some of the wildlife. Geese, deer, and croaking bullfrogs are seen around the wooded areas and ponds. You are also 9 minutes from a major grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping needs! It's a perfect blend of rural on the edge of the urban area.
