Adorable Farmhouse Cottage with Family Game Room!

The cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cedar Cottage is great for families to gather together and create lasting memories. The home is nestled on the backside of our 93 acre farm. We are only 30 minutes from the Ocoee, and 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Cleveland, making this a great location for anyone looking to enjoy the countryside, while still being local to town.

Our guests often boast about how peaceful their visits to the countryside have been. I often times see guests enjoying the relaxation of a stroll or the melodies from an abundance of songs birds.

From our hiking trail to a stocked fishing pond, there is always something exciting to do.

If you're looking forward to kicking back during your stay, this home features a front porch furnished with chairs and table, large yard, and a fire ring.

Inside the spare closet you will find a plethora of indoor games.

Visitors have full access to a stocked fishing pond for catch and release. General Fishing Gear, a portable tackle box, Lawn chairs and poles are provided for your convenience.

Pets are welcome to come along and freely enjoy the beautiful open space adjacent to this home.
Pets must be crated if left unattended inside the home.
We provide potty bags, and a separate outdoor trash can to dispose of all pet discard.
We ask that all pets walking the farm be leashed as a courtesy to other exploring guests and to protect our livestock.

We encourage adventure and exploring on our farm. Please avoid entering any fenced areas as they are not open to the public.

We are a family owned and operated ranch. At any given time, you can spot grazing livestock, free range chickens, turkey, deer, and the occasional hawk, owl, and tortuous. For your safety, please do not approach wildlife, or livestock unattended.

We have two additional homes on the farm available for your viewing. Feel free to ask about them.

Check-ins and check-outs are contactless, and details are provided prior to your arrival date.

We take pride in our approach of Southern Hospitality and do our best to go the extra mile for our visitors. If you have special requests, or additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cozy and clean! Kids enjoyed playing with all the games in garage and playing outside. The animals were a nice bonus! My daughter was competing at the tristate exhibition center so this was a convenient place to stay with only a 20 minute drive to the facility. Will book again if we get the chance!!

Cozy country stay

There was a problem with our original booking. The host was so quick to resolve the issue, so Customer service is amazing! The house was clean, comfortable, and just right for our group. It had everything for a wonderful stay.

Lovely property

The home was very welcoming, clean and provided everything we needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the property, petting the goats, horse and seeing many wild turkey roaming the area. It was quiet and peaceful and would stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

Nice relaxing home. We found we wanted to be here more than going site seeing. The whole family enjoyed the game room! The is away from everything but DOES get delivery :) we didn’t have time to see the animals but would recommend staying here

Peaceful retreat

We were in town for a ball tournament for the week and found this home to be the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. Home was clean and was as described in listing. Very peaceful. Will definitely stay here again should we be back in town. Owner very responsive to answer any questions.

Family Time

The Farmhouse Cottage with Family Game room is a quiet getaway space, with easy driving access to Chattanooga. The front porch swing and rocking chairs with a lovely view are part of the relaxation and refreshment opportunity. The Game room is fun. The living space was delightfully decorated for Christmas. Our group of four enjoyed eating together at the dining room table, and sitting around the living room and chatting. We had a wonderful gathering.

Peaceful

It was very peaceful and relaxing sitting outside in the evening. Saw deer in the distance and the horses were out in the back. Just wish there was walk-in showers due to having knee surgery a few months ago was hard to get in the tub. Had all the appliances and dishes you would need. Needs a new grill though. But overall a great place

Pride in ownership

We loved our stay here and needed nothing as the home was furnished and supplied with everything needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We'll be in the area several times in the future and would love to stay here again. Owners are very responsive, made check-in/out super easy, had detailed information readily available, and were very accommodating. Price point is perfect and affordable.

Peaceful Retreat

We had such a wonderful time with family at the farm. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The front porch was perfect. We spent most of our time outside. Everyone just loved the comfortable and darling home.

Quintessential countryside in summer

All the modern necessities, and all the old-fashioned fun. Grandkids came over to shoot bow and arrows, play ping pong, pick blackberries and catch a fish in the pond. So fun!

Farm living

We enjoyed the Speckles the goat and watching the white dogs oversee the baby goats. Saw other wildlife - deer and grouse (?) Location does require a little driving to visit the sights, but on beautiful and low traffic country roads. Played darts and horseshoes in the yard. Host was very responsive and communication was great.

Tennessee wedding

Overall good, not enough toilet paper (LOL), kitchen light went out (last day there). Lawn could have been mowed before we checked in. These are the only very little issues we had, nothing major and didn't put a dent in our fun. Nice and quiet area.

Family get together

The main reason we booked this house was due to their pet allowance. And it really worked out great. There was plenty to do at the house. We enjoyed ping-pong, archery, and cornhole. A nice quiet area yet not too far from the airport. With a large group it was nice to have a front porch to sit out on. And of course the guys always love having a fire in the fire pit!

Clean, quiet and comfortable!

This property was very comfortable, clean, nicely equipped and very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sun. Internet/wifi was great. Our only recommendation would be a new charcoal grill. The grill provided was very worn and rusted but nothing a little cleaning and some tin foil couldn't fix!

Older home but very cozy, comfortable and CLEAN!! My daughter loved fishing at the pond! Loved all the wild blackberries surrounding the property!! Wifi had great service. My only complaint would be no cell service & master bed was not comfortable. Had great communication & response with property manager.
