Escape to the serene countryside this autumn in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath rustic cottage on 93 acres in southeast Tennessee. Perfect for families or groups, this peaceful retreat invites you to watch the leaves turn, gather around the table for cozy meals, and enjoy simple moments together. Here, time slows, colors glow, and memories are made. Your Tennessee escape is waiting—come for the season, stay for the peace. The house is holiday-ready, with decor for Fall and Christmas.

Two bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, while the third offers a twin bed—ideal for kids or solo travelers.

The welcoming living area is perfect for unwinding, with a large TV and a collection of board games for cozy evenings in. Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen (no dishwasher), stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them in the quaint dining area with seating for five.

For extra fun, the attached garage has been converted into a family game room with foosball, ping pong, and more.

Outside, relax on the large front porch, fire up the grill, or gather around the fire pit for starlit nights. Surrounded by 93 acres of serene countryside and a relaxed, uncrowded setting, this home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and simple comfort.

This is the ideal spot to unplug and step back to a simpler time—where days are unhurried, evenings are quiet, and the focus is on reconnecting with nature, loved ones, and yourself.

Lovely property

The home was very welcoming, clean and provided everything we needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the property, petting the goats, horse and seeing many wild turkey roaming the area. It was quiet and peaceful and would stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

Nice relaxing home. We found we wanted to be here more than going site seeing. The whole family enjoyed the game room! The is away from everything but DOES get delivery :) we didn’t have time to see the animals but would recommend staying here

Pride in ownership

We loved our stay here and needed nothing as the home was furnished and supplied with everything needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We'll be in the area several times in the future and would love to stay here again. Owners are very responsive, made check-in/out super easy, had detailed information readily available, and were very accommodating. Price point is perfect and affordable.

Quintessential countryside in summer

All the modern necessities, and all the old-fashioned fun. Grandkids came over to shoot bow and arrows, play ping pong, pick blackberries and catch a fish in the pond. So fun!

Family Time

The Farmhouse Cottage with Family Game room is a quiet getaway space, with easy driving access to Chattanooga. The front porch swing and rocking chairs with a lovely view are part of the relaxation and refreshment opportunity. The Game room is fun. The living space was delightfully decorated for Christmas. Our group of four enjoyed eating together at the dining room table, and sitting around the living room and chatting. We had a wonderful gathering.

It was very peaceful and relaxing sitting outside in the evening. Saw deer in the distance and the horses were out in the back. Just wish there was walk-in showers due to having knee surgery a few months ago was hard to get in the tub. Had all the appliances and dishes you would need. Needs a new grill though. But overall a great place

Farm living

We enjoyed the Speckles the goat and watching the white dogs oversee the baby goats. Saw other wildlife - deer and grouse (?) Location does require a little driving to visit the sights, but on beautiful and low traffic country roads. Played darts and horseshoes in the yard. Host was very responsive and communication was great.

Lovely location

This place was perfect for our needs. It was rural and allowed us a break from the city. I really appreciated having one floor and limited steps to navigate as both my mom and dog are older and have mobility issues. We were allowed to bring our 90lb GSD. Everyone enjoyed sitting out on the porch. We had great communication with the property owner. It was about 30-45 minutes from the wedding venue and about 2 hours from Atlanta airport.

Sweet farm cottage experience

We stayed at this lovely farmhouse cottage in a beautiful, private bucolic setting for the weekend as we dropped our son off at Lee University. Loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings with coffee listening to the birds and being visited by the family of chatty Guinea fowl. Also a sweet relaxing spot in the evenings after dinner. This place had everything we needed. Host very communicative and responsive. We had a little glitch with the power due to a tree down in a storm, but it was fixed very quickly and the host kept us updated. Great little getaway. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay! Only minor issues like sink faucet in master bathroom would leak from the handle in certain positions when used, also the cold water valve in the master bathroom had very low water pressure when fully open making it more difficult to get the desired water temp for showers. There was some dog poop in the yard right off the porch. We couldn't find a dart board either.

Great country getaway

We had an amazing time at the farm cottage. It was quiet and country living at its finest. We spent a lot of time on the property going on hikes, fishing, trying out archery, and sitting at the camp fire. We decided to do a 1 hour horse trail ride which was a lot of fun. Crystal was amazing with the kids and was teaching them all about the horses an the ride. It was also great to have her on the property to answer any questions and give us an overview of the trails. She was very responsive and took care of all of our needs. The cottage is about was about 40 minutes to the main attractions in Chattanooga and about 20 minutes from the Wolftever Greenway which has a nice paved trail for walking or biking through the woods with a couple of playgrounds and a dog park. I would definitely recommend staying at the farm cottage for a great family vacation away from the husstle and bustle of the city.

Cozy and clean! Kids enjoyed playing with all the games in garage and playing outside. The animals were a nice bonus! My daughter was competing at the tristate exhibition center so this was a convenient place to stay with only a 20 minute drive to the facility. Will book again if we get the chance!!

Outstanding!

This property is easy to get to. All of the roads are good paved roads all the way to the property and good roads to the rentals. The rentals are spread out over the 93 acre farm so you are not close to anyone else.Everyone is so friendly and helpful!We loved it and will be back soon!!!

There was a problem with our original booking. The host was so quick to resolve the issue, so Customer service is amazing! The house was clean, comfortable, and just right for our group. It had everything for a wonderful stay.

Peaceful retreat

We were in town for a ball tournament for the week and found this home to be the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. Home was clean and was as described in listing. Very peaceful. Will definitely stay here again should we be back in town. Owner very responsive to answer any questions.

Peaceful. Cell phone calling was bad, but didnt have to worry about phone calls disturbing our peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Saw plenty of deer.Great people, very freindly

Quiet and Peaceful

We loved and appreciated this place very much. However, the only issue was that the cold water doesn't really work in the master bathroom shower. Offsetting the hot water with the cold water was challenging, and in order to do so the hot water flow had to be shut off so much the shower faucet just trickled. Repairing the cold water valve would solve this.
