Unique Creekside 2 acre property in Hope Mills, NC

Unique efficiency suite completely remodeled as of November, 2020. This house is tucked away in a great neighborhood, making you feel like you are out in the woods on a private creekside retreat. You have 2 acres of creekside property all to yourself. Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

The space
This unique property will make you feel like you are in a creek-side treehouse. It is in an established neighborhood close to everything, but tucked away off the main road so you can enjoy your privacy and the serene setting. While our guest, you will have complete and private access to the entire 2 acre creek-front property. The space you are using is an efficiency suite above a detached 2-car garage. The entire space has been completely renovated with luxurious appointments, including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new white shaker cabinets, custom tile-work in the kitchen and bathroom, LVT flooring, and brand new furnishings. Out back there is a tree-top level covered deck overlooking the peaceful 2 acres creek-front property. Inside is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, mugs, sheets, towels and more. Make yourself at home!

Guest access
You have complete and private access to the house and 2 acres of creekside land. The main house next to your studio suite is currently being renovated, so please excuse our mess while we finish this space. Feel free to contact us with questions if this is a concern.

Other things to note
This home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests utilizing COVID safe procedures.

Special Events? - if you are celebrating or participating in a special event please let us know what we can do to ensure you have a memorable experience - (anniversary, honeymoon, engagement, birthday, redeployment ceremony, military event/graduation).

Best Place to Stay in Hope Mills, NC

Quiet, private little place, nestled in the woods. We love to have our coffee on the back deck in the morning, listening to the birds. This place has absolutely everything you need for your stay. The hosts are so inviting and are readily available if anything is needed.

Awesome stay

The stay was awesome. Very quiet quaint location. Although we weren’t able to set heat temperature to warm up house. Family member did bring a small portable heater. Didn’t want to be a bother to owners. Other than that loved the stay.

Cutest place! And SO CLEAN!

We were in town visiting friends and this property worked so well! The welcome of the owners was so sweet, a heartfelt welcoming note, wine and treats! The whole experience was great. Highly recommended!

What a great place. The scenery is amazing! And the place was so cute and comfy. We had everything we needed and it was really close to the city while having a very out in the country feel to it. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. Will stay there again for sure.

The property was comfortable, clean and had great features such as a beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom. The AC worked great. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the hosts checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Great rental!

Great stay

The owners was very nice and communicated very well with me when I had any questions. They texted me directions to the place and even send pictures to help me out. I had a great time and it was very relaxing. The very of the river behind the house was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again

Well Worth It

Nice little spot tucked away from the loud city, yet conveniently close enough to make a last minute Walmart run. Beautiful creek running behind the house that makes for a peaceful morning view from the back porch. Overall a great place for a great price.

I was surprised by the location. Your in the city until you arrive at your location and your in the woods with a water creek. Beautiful location with a small cozy room. Slept good the bed is comfortable and I loved my stay.

Excellent get away spot for with ieace and quietness.

Perfect outdoor spot on the wood line with nature to wake up in the morning time, surrounded by mother nature. Property is as advertised online with that comfort as home beside staying in a hotel. Direct contact with the owners for any need. This place is a jem. Whenever i go back to Fayetteville North Carolina i know exactly where i will be staying. Thank you for letting me enjoy the property.

Peaceful spot near Fayetteville

This is a gem!! We wanted to be in Hope Mills and this was 3 miles from our family. End of a quiet road, out on its own amongst trees and overlooking creek, the deck was delightful. Everything new, fresh and clean. Owners left out wine, snacks, coffee etc. and made themselves available for any questions. Excellent facilities, comfy mattress and couch. We were soooo comfortable and relaxed. One of the nicest places we have stayed- highly recommended!!

Amazing stay at a private getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Courtney and John's property. Located in a very private and secluded neighborhood with stunning views of the woods and creek, this was by far the cleanest and best maintained apartment we have ever stayed at. The hosts were extremely communicative and attentive, and they even went so far as to check in with us via text to make sure that we got settled in successfully. The photos in the listing do not do this place justice. Newly updated appliances and furniture throughout, with a beautiful deck in the back to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. 10/10 experience, and highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the Hope Mills area!

Cozy!

We were visiting friends/family in the Ft. Bragg area but wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville. I am ecstatic that we chose to stay here! It was quiet, well maintained, and tucked away in a cozy corner of a very hospitable neighborhood. My girls and I even had the pleasure of enjoying an evening storm on the coveted back deck! Courtney and John were amazing through the whole process and maintained communication, they even checked in to make sure we arrived okay as they knew we’re driving quite the distance. We will definitely utilize this home the next time we are in town.

Surpasses any place I’ve stayed , comfort, spectacular scenery, well stocked for cooking, safe,..

Location close to everything, 18 minutes to FAY airport . Hidden gem. Didn’t venture out because it was too comfortable and the view from outdoor porch was breathtaking and from inside. Excellent grill large enough to grill meat for a large family or gatherings . Nice outdoor chairs to sit near the creek. Owner’s check to make sure we have everything and or need anything..whilst giving you full privacy the entire visit. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully updated. Bed extremely comfortable. Didn’t use sofa sleeper but used the top sofa itself with linens and it was very comfortable. Plus the washer and dryer is not a cheap nor the stove. Stove top works extremely well and oven.

Simplicity perfected

This is the perfect setup for anyone traveling alone. Wake up to the sun shining through the windows. Walk out on the balcony and enjoy your cup of coffee while listening to the birds chirp as you overlook a gently flowing creek. It sounds like a painting but its real. I like this style of setup because you can see the entire house all the time. I've rented houses by myself before and always felt it was too much house. I was regularly checking all the rooms whenever i came and went. This place was clean, nicely laid out and furnished, and they even left snacks! It is also perfectly located. You are no more than 5 minutes from food, shopping, restaurants. I hope they continue to keep this as a rental option as I can easily see myself coming back.
