This neighborhood of large lots and quiet streets is great for kids and families to safely ride their bikes and walk to the ocean. Also, fewer homes make for more space to run and play on the beautiful wide beach. The large, east-facing deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the sunrise, or an afternoon glass of wine in the shade. THINGS TO KNOW
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
