It is a very short walk to the Myrtle Street beach and a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.
This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex. The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink.
