Anedodi on 12 hehtaarin päässä upeista näkymistä Norforkin järvelle Arkansasin Ozark-vuorille. Se on yksinomainen mökkivuokraamo. Koristeltu premium-ominaisuuksilla koko talossa, kannet ja puutarhat. Jokainen yksityiskohta on moitteeton, ylellisistä orgaanisista vuodevaatteista jättiläisisiin munakylpyihin ja luonnonpuusta, silkistä ja villasta. Puhdistava kokemus mielen kehosta ja sielusta - talo on suunniteltu olemaan ”vihreää” ja luomaan terveellistä, rentouttavaa ympäristöä perheellesi.

Cherokee-intialaisen sanan "seikkailu" jälkeen nimettyä siellä on paljon, jotta kaikki viihdyttäisivät. Jännittävistä vesiurheilulajeista kalastukseen, patikointiin, pyöräilyyn, kiipeilyyn, kristallikaivokseen, vanhentamiseen - tai vain rentoutumiseen yhdellä laajojen alueiden ympärillä hajallaan olevista muhkeista päiväpeteistä tai riippumatoista.

Täydellinen hellitys kaupungin elämästä - kaikki mitä voi nähdä, on vihreitä puita, kirkasta raikasta vuoristovesijärveä, peuroja, perhosia ja kolibreja. Anedodi on todella maku paratiisista - mahdollisuus sinulle potkaista takaisin, kokea uusia asioita perheenäsi ja olla huolimatta maailmassa loputtomasti viikon hauskaa.

Suuri 600 neliömetrin pääkansi on täydellinen viihdyttävä ja voisi järjestää tapahtuman jopa 100 hengelle. Jos suunnittelet häitä tai perhetapahtumaa, voit valita runsaasti upeita järvinäköalapaikkoja kaikkialle 12 hehtaarin alueelle.

Pulahda 40 jalkaa olevaan lämmitettyyn uima-altaaseemme (avoinna huhtikuusta lokakuuhun) ja rentoudu sitten jättiläisillä, muhkeilla sohvalla tai aurinkotuoleilla, joista kaikista on upeat näkymät järvelle. Kokeile omaa 9-reikäistä Frisbee-golfkenttää - Koe yksi Amerikan suosituimmista urheilulajeista. Hauskaa kaiken ikäisille, testaa taitosi strategisesti sijoitetuilla korilla läpi jättiläisten tammejemme. Myös tontti on hevoskenkä kuoppaan. Sadepäivät voidaan viettää pelihuoneessa nauttien biljardipöydästä, pöytätennistä, pianosta tai olohuoneessa, jossa on DVD-kirjasto ja paikalliset villieläinkirjat.

Kaikkien Norfork-järvelle suuntautuvien matkojen kohokohta on pääsy ulos kauniille puhtaalle, kirkkaalle vedelle. Järven ympärillä tapahtuvaa kehitystä rajoittavat erittäin tiukat ohjeet, minkä vuoksi se on niin luonnollinen, hiljainen ja puhdas. Norfork-järvi on yksi alueen hienoimmista järvistä. The location was beautiful. The cleanliness of the place could be improved. The kitchen cabinets fronts were greasy. The coffee pots were left dirty and the air conditioner vent in the dining area was covered with dust.There were no dish clothes or towels available so we used bath towels. the pool was delightful and one of the main reasons we chose this place.

Best Annual Trip Ever!!

I’ve been coming to Mountain Home every summer for the last 30 years and this was the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Grandma, Aunts and Uncles, all of our kids…there was something for everyone and we’re so thankful for the thoughtfulness of the owners and attention to detail in creating a true retreat!! Repeat Stay

Ten years ago, we were struck by the listing and took our family of 5 (parents and 3 college kids) and enjoyed our visit. This year we decided to return with the same crew plus three grand-children and our kids' spouses. The property views, proximity to the marina and the wonderful accommodations fit our group's needs perfectly. Highly recommend and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

October wedding stay

This property makes an absolutely stunning venue for smaller weddings. Everything about it was wonderful. I will say the carpets and walls could use a deep cleaning, they’re just a bit marked and stained from the years as well as some of the outdoor furniture, but most definitely not a deal breaker. Even though this was the hottest first weekend in October ever,the fans on the deck and the shady trees made it just fine. I would love to stay here again in the future just for fun. The views are incredible and the pool is great! Didn’t even get time to use the fire pit unfortunately! Would 10/10 recommend for small weddings and family reunions or even just group weekend get away!

Great getaway with family and friends

Great location and beautiful lake views! Plenty of space for our family and friends. We liked the house plan and decorations. Kitchen has everything we needed for everyday cooking. We did enjoy huge deck and game room. Heated pool was a big plus. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us. We will definitely come back!

Amazing family getaway

Rented property for a getaway with some family .. I have family in area who came to hang out for day.. swim.. play cornhole.. this property was perfect “NOT” once did anyone say I am bored. Don’t hesitate to rent this property you will not be disappointed with the amenities, view etc. The owner and property manager was amazing as well which helps a lot definitely would rent here again. Loved it 😍

Amazing

We had a very fun and relaxing week with our family. Most of the days and evenings were spent playing and swimming in the pool. The view was beautiful during the day and lit up at night. There was plenty of space inside and out for kids and dogs to play. The property has something for everyone. Sean was just a text away for any questions we had. You won’t regret booking Anedodi.

Private resort...

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. In the time of Covid, this house was exactly what we were hoping for - a contactless getaway with plenty to do in the private resort-like setting! With the grounds, beautiful pool, stocked game room and amazing decks, we had everything we needed for a quiet but fun packed week! Spending time on the pristine lake was an added bonus that shouldn’t be missed. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but our hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!!

Our review

We had a couple of hiccups, but Sean was really good to work with. The view is amazing! We had a very HOT week while we were there, so the pool was awesome! This house is NOT for people who have bad knees or any issues with steps. The house is pretty much as it is described. We were rather surprised at how low some of the beds were. The house was well supplied. Overall, it was a great vacation and we do recommend staying here. Big thanks again to Sean!

Perfect family getaway

Just got back from our perfect 2 week family get away. We knew we would be trading city life for quiet, space and a pool but we got so much more! The house was so well appointed and easy to cook and entertain ourselves in. We made s’mores, grilled, played ping pong, Played pool, spent hours in the pool and played baseball in the large front lawn area. We even enjoyed the one rainy afternoon hanging out on the deck and chilling out as a family, talking and looking out at the amazing lake view. Renting the pontoon was also a big favorite for the family, we went for a spin most days and were amazed by how few boats were on the lake and how beautiful lake Norfolk is. Added bonus is that stores are nearby so its easy to stock the kitchen. Finally, Sean was super responsive with any issues that came up.

Great relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing isolated vacation at Anedodi in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The house was perfect for our grown children and Grandchildren to gather during this unusual year to celebrate missed Graduations, birthdays and even a family wedding. We cooked every night and found everything needed in the kitchen. The grill worked perfectly and we even ate dinner outdoors one evening admiring the view and fireflies! The boat we rented from the owners was a big hit! Everyone loved riding in the tube! We had an issue the first morning with the coffee maker not working correctly and within a few hours we had a new one on the front porch waiting for us. Sean was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. I would totally return and highly reccommend this property!

Relaxing stay at scenic location

This is a great place to unwind with family. The home has had a lot of thought put into it and the view is magnificent. Some of the furniture is starting to look a little worn and the beds were a little uncomfortable. Sort of a thin memory foam pad on top of the mattress that collapsed into deep holes that made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but maybe I am just spoiled by my mattress at home. The home had a few areas that weren't fully clean on check-in, such as poorly washed dishes with food left on them, a few dead mosquitoes in the cupboards, and couches with lots of misc gunk under the cushions. All fairly minor and easy to clean up ourselves. Overall I was happy to stay here and would return again. 9/10!

Upon arrival there was grease all over the cabinets and the counters and microwave had not been cleaned. There is black mold all over the wallpaper upstairs in the living room and masterbedroom. The fridge in the game room is rusting at the back. There was dirt in all of the rugs and dirt all over the gameroom floors.

Relaxing and private

All amenities in description were definitely included and served us well for our vacation needs. However, the house could have been a bit cleaner and needed some minor maintenance. For instance, some of the wood deck boards were warped and loose. The living room window had a hole in the window frame where someone just stuffed a paper towel in it to keep the bugs out. The carpets could use a good cleaning as well. The stove wasn't clean when we arrived and the gas grill really wasn't clean. We were also disappointed that when we arrived they had no discs for the disc golf course. However, we texted the property manager, and he delivered some new discs a couple of days later. The pool was great and that's where we spent most of our time. I would still recommend staying here. I only listed these minor issues so that the owner can possibly address them and make the experience for the next guest even better.
