Beautiful Top Floor Condo in High Pointe Resort!
OUR LOCATION
Set on Seacrest Beach, you’ll enjoy access to the fantastic pool, which features waterfalls, a spa and a wading pool. Private beach access is a mere 100 yards away along a boardwalk, and the High Pointe Resort also offers tennis and a children’s playground.
There’s plenty of places to eat within a few minutes’ walk, from casual dining at Crabby Steve’s on the beach to upscale-cantina Mexican fare at La Cocina.
A 10-minute walk takes you to Sea Contemporary Art Space for some culture before wandering back to the miles and miles of golden Florida beach.
** Golf Carts are not allowed in this community.**
** Please note that guests are not allowed visitors in this community**
** No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.
** 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival.**

High Pointe Resort is a 5 min stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach's village, restaurants and shops. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30A.
