The Space:
Welcome to our interpretation of The Roaring 20s! A mythical time in American history, the 1920s were the height of Capitalism and Culture. Our modern interpretation of a classical American period is the only place to stay for large groups looking to visit Bucharest. The building itself has an incredible history as the former home of Corneliu Coposu. He is one of the most loved politicians and Romanian figures for ushering in the age of Democracy.

This apartment building has no seismic risk rating, the lowest in the city. Please be aware most other rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the center of the city, are in buildings with the highest, or “Urgenta 1”, risk rating.

As with all of our spaces, this apartment has been fully renovated from scratch with the 2020 traveler in mind. Located just outside of Old Town, on a quiet street, you won’t find a better place in the city for your trip.

The Living Room & Dining Room include:

The Bedrooms include:
• Glorious King and Queen sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers
• Master bedroom has a King bed, Bedrooms Two and Three have Queen beds, while the Fourth bedroom has an elevated twin bed frame that includes another twin bed underneath that slides out if needed.
• Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Two of the three bedrooms feature Samsung SmartTVs
• Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out
• Velvet curtains: let the perfect amount of light in… or black out!
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more
• A balcony accessible from the kitchen

The Bathrooms include:
• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• Both bathrooms are accessible by the hallway, and the first bathroom also gives the Master bedroom en suite access
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Heated towel racks
• Very comfortable toilets!

Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Entryway mud-room for smart storage of shoes, jackets and more

• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment sits on the edge of Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have a very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

Important notice for 1-night reservations made last minute: Reservations of this nature are subject to a 250 EURO security deposit, which will be refunded after your stay, pending the property's condition. Our property has a strict policy against parties. Should there be any violation, we will have to request you to vacate without a refund and impose a fine. We absolutely want our guests to enjoy their stays, but if you're looking for more than just a great time, please refrain from moving forward with your reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. In addition, there are additional security cameras in the shared hallway staircase to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
