The Space:
HOLT’s modern & vibrant condos can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each unit features three newly renovated king-sized bedrooms for a comfortable stay. A cozy sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for extra guests.

Each residence is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, along with countless entertainment options through our Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a stocked kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Professionally cleaned and managed by HOLT staff to ensure the highest standards.

This listing advertises two condos in the same building. Each condo is assigned to guests based on availability. While both units share the same setup and amenities, specific design details may vary.

Each residence includes:

The Living Room includes:
• Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofa and comfy chair
• The sofa can convert into a comfortable full bed

• Glorious king-sized beds with luxurious 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattresses for the ultimate sleep experience

• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows, and towels provided

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and utensils
• Appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and more

The Bathrooms include:
• Modern shower heads with excellent pressure and hot water for a refreshing experience
• Blow dryer, hair curler, multiple towel sizes, and a full range of toiletries

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in Piata Romana, one of the nicest areas in the center of Bucharest. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make of this unit one of the best spots in the city. Easy walking access to taxis and trams, and shared bikes and mopeds.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You are just a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
