Welcome to a one of a kind vacation rental, Villa Vine on beautiful all sports Vineyard Lake in Brooklyn, MI!! This all-inclusive customized lake house provides you with everything you need to enjoy lake life without sacrificing the comforts of home. This home is great for multi-generational families, but not for those that "party". Close-by neighbors, nor I, will not tolerate groups that loudly party. I only rent 45 nights a year. As reviews show, this is very well appointed and immaculate. We have MANY upscale amenities, activities, and boating options will make your time here truly amazing. Begin your trip with a greeting from the property manager, who has prepared the home just for you. A quick tour and demonstration is provided, which will get you in vacation mode faster!

We will show you how to use the boat, hot tub, and anything else you need to know. At Villa Vine, there's no need to bring cases of water, bags of ice, coolers, can/bottle koozies, and other conveniences. We have them all available here, including a commercial ice maker to fill your coolers everyday. An unlimited supply of bottled water is provided for you in the garage refrigerator and firewood is stocked on site for the firepit. A tankless hot water heater ensures all will have an endless supply of warm showers and plenty for laundry, with the use of a full size washer and dryer. All furniture and bedding are new and top quality. Foam and cotton pillows are provided along with fans that can be used as noise makers to ensure a great night sleep.

Enjoy your morning with coffee and a sunrise at the end of the dock or on the porch. Enjoy some yard games provided such as volleyball, corn hole, and foosball, while listening to your vacation playlist on our whole house home audio system. Speakers inside/outside, controlled by Bluetooth on your phone, will get the energy going for a great day on the lake!

Renting a home on a lake is a great experience, especially when it provides a pontoon boat and jet ski to enjoy the lake views! Gas is provided for watercraft. Also included are paddleboards, kayaks, floats, and tubes to enjoy the complete lake experience. Vineyard Lake is over 500 acres of clear and warm water with sandy bottoms. We will have the boat uncovered, fuel tanks full, and all water sport activities ready to have a great time. We are happy to show you how to use our watercraft and even take you around the lake to get you familiar with the sandbars and shallow spots. You'll love the giant sandbar as well as sunset cruises to wind down the busy day.

Head back in for dinner, and enjoy everything needed for a great meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic spices and condiments and all kitchenware is brand new. The beautiful kitchen will help you prep your food and our outdoor Mont Alpi $4,000 grill will create a great meal for you and your guests.

After dinner, head for sunset cruise to catch beautiful views. Return for a relaxing soak in the hot tub followed by a nice fire to spend time with your guests. We provide s'mores, firewood, and 6 composite Adirondack chairs. Enjoy drifting off to your favorite shows as every bedroom has a flat screen TV, each with an Amazon Firestick loaded with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, logged into Villa Vine's account.

This 5 bedroom 3 full bath home includes an amazing bunk room that is furnished with a couch, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch to provide some entertainment for the children, allowing adult time downstairs. These are custom made bunk beds containing 3 twins and a queen bed. The other 4 remaining rooms include 3 kings and 1 queen. All rooms except the bunk also include ceiling fans. We provide a great selection of board games from family friendly to adult games. The garage has been converted into a game room with foosball, TV, and retro arcade with 52 classic games we had built just for our property. A 2nd full size fridge is in the garage game room for extra beverage storage. rafts, tubes, lifejackets, and outdoor games are stored in our shed for easy access. There is so much for you to do at Villa Vine, each day will be filled with memories.

Our goal is to provide not just a home to rent, but everything needed to ensure a great experience tailored to you. If you enjoy off-site activities, there are several golf courses and wineries nearby. The city of Brooklyn is 7 minutes away if you need more groceries, gift shops, watching a race at Michigan International Speedway, or grab some ice cream downtown.

Fall Fun
While most guests choose to stay at Villa Vine during the summer to take advantage of the pontoon boat and other water activities, we booked a fall getaway and weren’t disappointed. Our first three-generation trip was a hit in part because of the layout of the home. The 22 month old granddaughter didn’t sleep in the queen size bed, but her room was large enough for a portacrib and conveniently located across from her parents’ king room in a separate wing of the house from the primary bedroom which her grandparents claimed. Her uncle appreciated being downstairs and having his own bathroom, too. Not everyone enjoys cooking when on vacation, but I do. From the kitchen, I could see not only the lake but more importantly my granddaughter interacting with the family watching football and MLB playoffs on what we called the comfy couches. The cool days and nights made the hot tub inviting, especially after playing a round of golf and a rainy football game at The Big House. The host Ron is incredible. Prior to our visit, we received detailed instructions which took the frustration out of trying to figure out where something was or how it worked. In addition,the home is beautifully decorated, but more importantly, thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed plus more!

Vineyard Lake Awesomeness
This place is and has EVERYTHING. Immaculately clean, organized and so very easy to live in. Never wanted to leave…in fact, no need to the entire 6 days we were there. Ron was a super responsive host and the neighbors treated us like family. Worth every penny -Can’t wait to go back!

absolutely perfect
We have rented at least 20 places over the years and this is one of our absolute favorites. Grandparents, Parents, and kids, 11 in total, all stayed here and it was perfect. The place was stocked with everything you could need and the boat and jet ski were an awesome addition. The walkthrough with the owner is also very helpful.

Everything you could want in a rental!
Ron has really gone WAY above and beyond in making sure that you have everything you could need to keep guests of all ages happy. We all made numerous jokes about the many rentals we have had where the owner leaves you a single garbage bag and a single cube of detergent for the dishwasher. Ron has TONS of everything. We did lots of cooking as we were there over new years and we had everything we needed. The kids absolutely adored the game room. The beds were comfy, the towels were fluffy and there were SO many of them. There was extra of all necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towel, toiletries etc). He even left us all of the supplies for smores, easy bake cookies, and cinammon rolls. The rental was spotless and Ron was excellent with communication. We can't wait to go back!

Years of renting vacation homes in Michigan and Florida gave insight into great, well thought-out rentals, and those lacking basic conveniences. This home will be the first home for a new business for us with plans to add additional properties in the future. Each home will be equally furnished, but will allow for different experiences.

This home, "Villa Vine", was purchased to provide a higher end experience while allowing our family to enjoy it as well. With 5 large bedrooms, open concept, and close proximity to water, this property is great for large or small QUIET groups. Vineyard Lake is 505 acres of open waters and has a great sandbar. It's not a very busy lake and is perfect for cruising around for hours a day.

We provide everything we wish the homes we rented had provided us, removing frustrations upon arrival. Adding to that, the boat and jet ski and guidance on these, will allow for so much more enjoyment. We look forward to your stay with us at Villa Vine!
