CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Bathed in serene ocean blue and filled with cozy furnishings, you’ll find this restful retreat loaded with everything you need. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodates up to four and is brimming with expansive gulf-front views. The kitchen is pristine, fully equipped, and loaded with substantial cabinet and counter space for meal prep. Watch a movie from the couch in the living room with flat-screen TV or catch a sunset on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Doze on the queen-sized sleeper sofa or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Spend your days relaxing on the beach, splashing in the water, and getting your tan on or venture off property and indulge in water activities, an array of eateries, and endless shopping!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
