Gorgeous and recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath ground level home with amazing designer touches and finishes throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a beverage center. Chill wine or up to 135 cans of your family's favorite beverages in the beverage center to free up space in the refrigerator! There are three King Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds- one of which is a trundle bed to sleep 3 in this bedroom. There also a daybed off the living area for additional sleeping. The private heated pool, hot tub, and lush tropical landscaping are spaciously situated on a serene canal. Enjoy the awesome pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining for 12. The home is located on a quiet dead-end street, close to the trolley, about 1.5 blocks to the beach, and walking distance to Anna Maria shops and eats. Experience the best fishing on the West Coast or rent kayaks and paddle boards for the entire family to explore the Island's wildlife-filled waterways and Tampa Bay! The salty C cottage is licensed to sleep 8 beach lovers!

Beautiful place!

The Salty C was perfect for our family. Property is beautiful! There were 6 adults and a toddler. Had so much room to spread out and kitchen comes equipped with just about anything you need. Pool was great! Loved the tanning ledge for the little one to play on. Beach wagon and chairs were perfect, and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! Lots of close restaurants nearby. Really couldn’t get much better!

Exceptional!

We had a wonderful time at the Salty C! The house is beautiful and the pool and yard area is just amazing. We had to drag our boys out of the pool to go to the ocean everyday (which, also, is FABULOUS). The heat in the pool and hot tub was nice with young kids, there were tons of extras like pool/beach toys, bikes, etc., and the house was fully stocked, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous foliage. We actually got to meet the owners as they were staying at another property of theirs, and they were wonderful. Super nice, helpful, friendly, and committed to making their rentals the best they can be. Highly, highly recommend this place! How soon can I go back?!

Best vacation!

House was beautiful! Perfect for our family of 5 ( two parents, 18yo, 12yo,8yo). The pool & hot tub were amazing, and my two younger ones would not have left the house if I didn’t force them to! Walking distance to the beautiful beach, and close to all restaurants and coffee/donut/gift shops. We rented a golf cart for the week, and that was the best decision ever! We highly recommend doing that. We can’t wait to return next year!

Couldn’t be more impressed!

This place exceeded our expectations! Convenient location and close to the beach. The owners have prepared this cottage to make you feel at home with quality furnishings etc.... the pool and lounge area provides a nice place to relax. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space. Thank you for this little piece of heaven! When we return to AMI hopefully in the near future there is no question where we would like to stay!!

This Cottage has EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need to enjoy your stay! The furnishings are not only beautiful, they are comfortable and so homey! The kitchen is very well stocked, from every utensil you could imagine to the Ninja blender for making margaritas! The mattresses were all new and perfect! 2 king and 4 twins! Now for the best part...the private pool/hot tub in a fenced-in backyard on the canal! Fabulous outdoor seating to rest after a hard day at the beach! Haha! We also appreciated the outdoor shower,washer/dryer, pool/beach toys,chairs and wagon! Absolutely perfect! Thank you for sharing your home!

Cozy Cottage

This was a cozy cottage and the décor was great. Close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and pool toys, chairs, and dock were the best. Very clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of hangers and storage. Kitchen was small and couldn't fully open the refrigerator or it would hit the wall. No mixer or blender for the kitchen. Trundle mattress was uncomfortable. Plenty of games, cards, and puzzles to use. Beach wagon and chairs were great. Had plenty of linens and beach towels. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent House w/ LOTS of Upgrades, Private Pool & Boat Dock!

I cannot express enough how much my family loved this home during our first visit to AMI. This was perfect for our little family of 3. We brought our boat, all the way from SC and absolutely loved being able to have it docked right at the house for easy access to the gulf and enjoying the waterways. The owner truly put thought into the upgrades and furnishings to make this a comfortable, yet very updated "usable" home where you feel at home, when you're away from home. It was a quick 5-10 minute bike ride to restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach access point. Lots of pool area to enjoy, a gas grill and plenty of interior living space to spread out (in case it rains!). We were very happy with this house and would recommend it to any small family!
