L'Antarès 321 - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 5

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming studio with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the -1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 17 m², a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!

It is equipped with a living room of 17 m² (about 183 ft²) and with a fitted:
- A 17 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed, a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a double bed (140*190) on the mezzanine.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A shower room with WC

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

At an altitude of 1500 m, the resort of Corbier will offer you an exceptional panorama of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks, everything will be gathered to ensure you a most pleasant stay! You will be able to take advantage of the Sybelles ski area with its 410 km of slopes, ranked 4th in France.

The studio is located 30m from the front of the slopes, you just have to climb a staircase to get there.

Activities :
- You will have many activities at your disposal: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledging, dog sled rides, visits to famous passes (Croix de fer, Glandon, Iseran, Mont cenis)...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to a farm at 300 metres, visit to a confectionery at 200 metres, visit to the snail farm at 15 minutes by car, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" label since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, outdoor swimming pool in the resort open in summer and winter with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, lake and swimming in the valley...
- Outings by tourist bus from Le Corbier (Italy, Annecy, Mont Blanc etc.)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the residence.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: During the winter a bus (free of charge) goes to the centre of the resort. During the opening hours of the resort, there is a bus to the station of Saint Jean de Maurienne.
- In the summer there is a small tourist train.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne train station is about 25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, about 2 hours by car.

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, kit 2 persons 1 sheet +1 duvet cover +2 pillowcases: 17 €).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our service provider on the spot).
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Private ski locker available, it can contain 4 pairs of skis.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (adverts and bookings management service) and the Conciergerie des étoiles (concierge / housekeeping service).
