Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Bar-M (B) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St. the location doesn't get any better.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Bar-M has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo.

Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Very Convenient to Downtown

I really enjoyed this property. We had 3 Jeeps on the trip and I would have really loved it if it had a garage. It was great anyway and the weather was good enough to work on the Jeeps in the parking lot next door and on the street. Very comfortable place.

MOAB Parks Trip

We stayed here to be close to downtown, and close to Arches and Canyonlands. The location did not disappoint. The unit was clean, modern and well cared for, plenty of space for us.

Awesome base camp for your adventures in Moab!

This place feels like a home and so nice to be able to come back cook dinner if you like and ease the travel costs. Gorgeous home, one block to eateries, coffee shops and amazing spot! A++ and will rent again anytime! Recommend highly!

Wonderful Condo

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 - 4 adult children. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to stretch out. The check in process was very easy and the place was very clean and modern. It is less than a block from all the shops and restaurants in Moab. Very comfortable stay.

Outstanding place to stay!

Everything about the unit was awesome. Washing machine detergent, driver sheets, bottled water, all included. Very quiet and very clean. The host was a very helpful and professional person.

Great location - one block off Main Street of town. Walk to restaurants. 10 minutes from Arches and 35 minutes from Canyonlands. Clean and well equipped. Note that unit door is around the corner from the listed address.

Awesome condo. Perfect location

Condo looks recently renovated. Super clean. Very comfortable. Living area was perfect for four people. Walk in showers were clean and appeared new. Located one street of main. Very quite but still in the middle of Moab.

Perfect in every way

2nd time here …loved our stay AGAIN. Professional traveler here….this is why I do VRBO. THE house is well out fitted and well located. You can walk to breakfast and bars. Hot ton a huge plus after hiking. Beds super comfy. I’ll be back. I just love Moab and this is my go to place.

Family time in Moab

This property is a gem! Perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in downtown Moab and close drive to Arches. Everyone in our party was comfortable and we were able to enjoy our time both within the units and on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and several members of our party even ordered the pillows that were provided because they were so nice. The host was very easy to reach if we had any questions and check in/check out were a breeze. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

Walkable and easy to access nearby trails

The property is conveniently located, but on an intersection corner with heavy traffic, especially off-road vehicles late and early. Bring earplugs. The hot tub was un-usable when we arrived, but the property manager was responsive getting them emptied, cleaned, and usable again, immediately after we contacted them. The unit has lovely bathrooms, the soaps smell nice, and the TP is good quality. The kitchen is lacking several valuable utensils, like a colander that could be used for pasta (only small berry version provided), no pitcher, no spatula, limited accessories. The beds upstairs are only for kids, the ceiling is extremely low and requires any adult to crawl. The bedspreads could be washed, lots of red stains on comforter, sheets were clean and soft and the beds were comfortable though.

This home-away-from-home was everything described and more. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We watched baseball games together, cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, slept well in the comfortable beds, relaxed in the jacuzzi and enjoyed walking to the nearby town. The national parks and state park are close as well. Thank you! We had a wonderful vacation.

Really enjoyed the location being only a block off the main strip in Moab, but only 20 minutes to Arches and 30 minutes to Canyonlands. It was great to be in a building with only 4 units, very easy in and out every day, as opposed to being in one of the large resorts/hotels in town. Would highly recommend.
