This stunning 13,000 square feet, spacious 10 bedrooms, 10.5 baths oasis, is perfect for your relaxing and rejuvenating escape. Enjoy three magnificent oversized ocean front suites overlooking the pool and the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

The seven additional bedrooms have their own private balcony with ocean views. All rooms have an ensuite and are equipped with AC and mini fridges. To ensure that your every needs are anticipated, from the moment you land at the airport you will be greeted by a VIP escort service to eliminate the hassle through immigration. A complimentary shuttle with refreshments will await you and transport you to the villa. The villa is fully staffed with your own personal Jamaican and International gourmet chef, housekeeping, gardener, hospitality concierge and private security.

Enjoy the jacuzzi pool with changing lights, which sits just steps away from the ocean. Our chef at Yrie Beach Villa will prepare breakfast and dinner of your choice. You will be responsible for grocery shopping for your needs or for a nominal surcharge our chef will do the shopping and present you with the invoice at the end of your stay for food/beverages.

Be captivated by the magnificent sunset while dining in our outdoor dining room. We provide a fully furnished indoor dining room, a countertop away from our modern open concept kitchen, where you can observe the chef perform his culinary magic.
We also offer poolside dining for special celebrations or a special dinner on the beach at a nominal charge. We encourage you to stroll the Seven Mile beach or take a short taxi ride to the cliffs and exploit your palate with some of the local authentic Jamaican cuisine for lunch or dinner.

If you are an early riser, we invite you to the rooftop deck to catch a most amazing sunrise over the mountains to the east. For those who prefer to sleep in, there is the unforgettable sunset to the west in the evening.

To appreciate the reggae vibes that Jamaica has to offer, there are music, live bands and other entertainment within walking distance from the villa at neighboring hotels. For your convenience our reservation host or concierge can arrange daily excursions, such as glass bottom boat, snorkeling reef tour, island picnic, Blue hole, YS Falls, catamaran cliff cruise, parasailing, deep sea fishing and many more. Fabulous Girls Trip

This villa is absolutely spectacular. We had a fabulous time. Courtney was so responsive to all our inquiries before the trip and the staff took it from there. Absolutely everyone was friendly, attentive, and took care of everything we could possibly need. The food was delicious and the property is beautiful. We had an absolute ball. Can’t wait to do it again. This is the perfect place to stay in Negril.

Beyond Expectations!!!

We had a group of 15 people stay this past March. The age range of our group was 4 years old to 75. Let me just say the villa and staff blew us away!!!! I cannot express how beautiful the property was and how every staff member went above and beyond. The villa is so large we never felt crowed with so many of us there. The chef did an amazing job, even catering to our youngest travelers. The house manager was fabulous and took such great care of all our needs. All the staff, from housekeepers to security guard were so friendly and professional. Having our own pool, outdoor bar and beach area was grand. We wish could have stayed longer. We are already planning our return trip. The bar has been set so high we just can’t imagine going anywhere else with a large group. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Caribbean Christmas

Our family had an unbelievable stay at Yrie Villa! Our jaws dropped when the front gates opened as we were greeted by the friendly staff. They prepared a wonderful dinner for our arrival and our favorite Ting was on ice! Every day got better and better. We were served delicious local fare with beautiful presentation. We even tried many fruits we had never heard of. The grounds were kept immaculate. The pool and beach were so nice! Beach towels are provide and so are paddle boards. We enjoyed family game night on the outside porch every evening. We had 2 birthdays to celebrate and they went above and beyond with a gorgeous beach dinner and bonfire. We even got to send off Chinese Lanterns! Our rooms were cleaned every day and our laundry was even done (on special request). The online pics definitely do not do this home justice. It’s way more awesome! We have already booked our next stay! Perfect for family gatherings with plenty of room for privacy. Hands down

Simply Amazing!

I booked The Yrie Beach Villa to celebrate with my family and friends and it was the BEST decision I have ever made in regards to vacation destinations!! The communication with Courtney was always quick and very detailed - she answered every question I could think of, and then some! The villa itself is stunning - the pictures do NOT do it justice, and the beach area is absolutely perfect! While the house, pool and beach were perfection it was the staff that really took our vacation to the next level! Chef Marie's food is, simply, perfection! I have never had such amazing food in my life! One of her fish dishes even brought my daughter to tears, it was THAT good! Kayla and Janice (hopefully I am spelling their names correctly) were always smiling and set and served our breakfasts and dinners perfectly - with warm smiles and always taking care of even the smallest things before we could even think of them! Carl's smile and greeting every morning as he took care of the beach and moving our chairs (which we would do regularly as we would follow the shade) as well as taking care of the grounds and pool, made us feel very cared for. Mark always brought the smiles and party vibe too! While our group wasn't the "hard partying" type, we do enjoy that upbeat vibe and he never let us down. Crystal is just amazing! She took care of all our requests and needs - always with a smile and lots of positive energy...you just have to love her! This was the very best vacation ever!!

Best Beach Location & Beautiful House

You can't beat the location. Chef Marie made our vacation the most memorable yet. She is well-organized and everyday she surprised us with her excellent creations. Any issues we had were addressed as best as they could and timely.The accommodation is run like a mini private hotel-beautiful rooms and lots of space. It was private and perfect for our group of 10.

Best weekend with friends

We had the absolute best stay at Yrie Villa. From the moment we arrived, Crystal and the whole team took the best care of us. The photos don’t do the property justice. The rooms are huge and beautiful! The views and location can’t be beat. Best of all was the food! Marie is the most amazing chef and we were so well fed. The goat curry and all the soups were crowd favorites! Oh and the grilled lobster. And the oxtail. And the hash browns! Too many delicious things. Mark and Shane brought the vibes, Carl made everything beautiful, and the ladies took the best care of all of us. Again, best place ever. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Group Getaway!

We have been traveling on Christmas week with our entire family for over 15 years now, and this was by far the most comfortable set up we have ever had. Each room is big, spacious, air conditioned, and is well thought out with it's own bathroom.The staff was a true highlight to the house. Everyone was completely welcoming and went out of their way to take care of. We felt absolutely pampered. The cook, Marie, was incredible, with excellent kitchen staff to assist her. She went above and beyond and we all ate so well, stayed healthy and happy with none of the standard travel bellyaches! The location is as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better. Sunset every night! If you are considering this house, go for it!

Beautiful villa right on the beach. The staff were great, cooked the most delicious meals. 5 star quality all around. The rooms were spacious. Pool was wonderful for the kids and adults. Close to restaurants and bars. Exceptional. Definitely would stay here again

A Gift

This property and staff were absolutely amazing. Sandwiched between White Sands and Rainbow Arch, this property offers the luxury, comfort, convenience and privacy of a privately owned villa with access to a beautiful beach and all that the surrounding small, intimate local beach resorts and businesses have to offer. Communication with the host was clear and helpful and the staff was superb. Every meal that Chef Marie prepared was 10/10. The staff made us very comfortable the entire time. We are a small, quiet family of 4 and while it seems that they are used to larger parties, they were able to accommodate our personalities and needs extremely well. We were planning for a return visit while we were still there. We can’t wait to return to our new home away from home in Negril.

A Honeymoon to remember

My fiancee visited this villa back in August 2023 with family. He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! The food, hospitality and over all experience was top notch. We were treated like royalty and family at the same time. Kudos to the chef Marie, house manager Krisanne, Ray and other staff for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this villa and cant wait to visit again!

Fantastic Vacation Villa

We had an outstanding week at Yrie Beach Villa and its location on the beach in Negril is spectacular! The Villa is well appointed and all of the rooms are unique and comfortable. The service and advance information provided by Courtney was exemplary and every detail was well planned to allow for a relaxing and fun vacation. I don't have enough kind words to say about our stay. The location, the villa, the staff, the food...everything was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website do not do justice for the experience. Each room was so meticulously decorated not to mention the views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. Blondie, Mari, Carl and the rest of the staff took such great care of us! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again!

High Expectations Exceeded.

This huge beautiful new villa sits on a wonderful part of seven mile beach in Negril. From the expedited service through customs and the included shuttle from the Montego Bay Airport to the villa on our arrival to the timely efficient and courteous transport back, the service was impeccable. Courtney Myrie, who owns the villa with her husband, is an exceptional communicator. I must have called her 3-4 times on the day of our arrival because we had guests coming from all over the US and there were many delayed flights. We chose from their extensive menu to have breakfast and dinner prepared for our group of 16. Marie, the cook, was amazing and every meal seemed to be better than the next. We each picked up booze at duty-free so we had more or less an open bar in the kitchen plus all of the beer and wine and snacks that we requested. Blondie and Narta were always courteous and fun. Tina gave us a fantastic tour and we all got to choose our bedrooms. There is not a bad one there. They are all immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great. If you have a large group and you all plan on showering at the same time, there is a good chance it will be a cool or warm shower. The pool was fantastic and the ocean water is crystal clear and warm. We saw starfish and stingrays while soaking in the ocean. The beach is truly 7 miles of which most is walkable. It was very enjoyable to people watch up and down the beach. The bar next store to the house was a lot of fun with tasty drinks. We had a catamaran cruise for our group that ended with a rainstorm and was with a new company that Yrie Villa had never used. The hosts personally called to apologize about the inconvenience and even sent their cousin over to see if there was anything he could offer instead. No one wanted to leave the beauty of the house. The rooftop deck for sunset is great. Please please make coming to Villa Yrie your choice if coming to Jamaica. I have been to the island several times, usually staying at all inclusive resorts and this beats them all. If you have a large group, this is so much of a smarter choice than a resort. Thank you so much to the Myries and their lovely staff. We would love to return.

Palace in Paradise fit for a Queen

Every aspect of our stay at Yrie Beach Villa exceeded our expectations. This place is even better than it looks in the pictures. If you want to plan a group trip that your friends and family will rave about forever, look no further! The organization and communication from the owner leading up to our visit ensured that everything went smoothly, from arrival to departure. Not an easy task with a bachelorette party of 17 women! The staff is capable, kind, and helpful. They are consummate professionals, able to anticipate their guest's needs. The chef and cooking team kept our bellies full of healthy, fresh, and local food that was thoughtfully prepared and presented. Cleanliness and safety were 10 out of 10, with daily turndown service and private security throughout the night. The location cannot be topped! It felt very private and peaceful, while in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, steps away from the best entertainment in town. I highly recommend letting the staff do all of the grocery shopping and trusting their advice on all planning matters. If you need anything at all - talk to Nardia before lifting a finger. She and all the staff will make you look like a superstar event planner!

25th Wedding Anniversary Stay!

We had an Awesome time. The owner Courtney was super patient with me, I had tons of questions. I’ve never stayed non inclusive on an island. The staff was amazing! Nardya, Tressan, Ray, Blondie, Marie, Shane and there was one other person can’t remember his name, all were amazing. My only complaint it that some of the amenities that are listed shouldn’t be. Since I saw stove listed I thought we were able to bring our own food in and cook, not the case. Only the cook is allowed to prepare food on the stove. (Reason I could not give a 5star rating) Amenities are a little misleading. Also we were tipping the staff daily
but the tip is to be paid at end of stay and they divided up equally among the staff. Since there was a group of 16 it was hard to keep up with the tipping, guest in my group were tipping at will. Then we had to tip again at the end of stay. We all had an amazing stay at Yrie Beach Villa. Just make sure u are aware of all the cost associated. I would definitely go again!

Beautiful Beachfront Villa

Amazing stay with family and friends. Being able to walk directly out into the sand and ocean was indescribable. Staff creates a special experience with this villa. Great stay.

The Yrie Beach Villa was inspired by a local Jamaican who was born and raised in Red Ground Negril, Jamaica to very humble beginnings. He grew up playing soccer, hunting coconuts, breadfruits, naseberries and coco-plums on the beach and one day dreamed of owning a home on the beach. After migrating to the United States to join his mother as a young teenager, he excelled academically and went on to medical school where he became a medical doctor and eventually, a Trauma Surgeon and Neurocritical Care Specialist. Dr. Denville Myrie's passion for his beloved hometown of Negril brought him and his family back to Jamaica several times each year. Dr. Myrie has been giving back to his improvised community of Red Ground, Negril for over a decade, in the form of an annual "Back-to-School Giveaway". He provides financial scholarships, laptop computers, backpacks, books, and all the essential supplies a child needs for academic success.

Dr. Myrie's dream of owning a home on the world famous, Negril's Seven-Mile Beach was finally realized in 2020 when he completed the construction of Yrie Beach Villa. The name, "Yrie", pronounced (i- rie) represents the spelling of his last name but removing the "M" and "irie" which symbolizes the calm and cool nature of the island of Jamaica. Dr. Denville Myrie and his wife Courtney, invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful and idyllic Negril "Sunset City," "Capital of Causal " Jamaica , at "Yrie Beach Villa".
