It's easy to see why the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is the #1 most visited National Park in the United States. With over 12 million visitors per year, it is 3 times the 2nd place Grand Canyon. Providing year-round attractions, come soak it all in and make your Instagram friends jealous!

- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. .
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.
- Unfortunately, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. Thanks for looking!
- Electric fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1

Great location, lots of room

Great property, close to attractions, clean. There are no closets so no where to hang clothes but other than that it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.

Dollywood Trip

Location was perfect for our trip to w with 2 families. Overall, we had 8 people stay (4 adults and 4 little ones) and plenty of room and privacy. Communication with the owner was very prompt and check in was smooth.

Smoky Mountain Vacation

This rental house was amazing. Very clean ,spacious rooms ,plenty of bathrooms. Great location and the owner was awesome to rent from . I would highly recommend renting this house. We had a wonderful time.

Great Property

Location of property is great as it is near everything. Neighborhood very quiet in the evening, beds were very comfortable. My family only feedback was the occupancy limit to be higher.

Wet Vacation, but a Great Time

The property matched the photos exactly. The neighborhood was not as hilly as we had feared and very close to everything. We hope that someday they add more hooks for hanging clothes and jackets, but we would definitely stay here again!

We were the very first guests at this brand new gorgeous cabin. Close to the action. Highly recommend. Host was awesome! Can’t wait to come back when the pool is done.

Very Nice Comfortable Cabin

The cabin is so nice and very new feeling all throughout! The beds are very comfortable and it is so well stocked with towels, laundry, and dish essentials. It is also very conveniently located in the middle of Pigeon Forge without feeling like you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town. Luke and Avery and great to work with and very responsiveness. It was a great trip!

Quick getaway

The property was close to everything. Great space. One draw back for me was there wasn’t enough room to sit on either of the porches to enjoy the evenings or mornings.

Nice, new, convenient location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Clean, spacious, and everything you need is there. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Hot tub worked great as did everything else. Only downfall was lots of construction making driving and parking difficult and took away from the view and ambiance. When the area is complete it will definitely be stunning.

Great house, nice views

Very nice house plenty of room for the 7 adults. Everything we needed to start are trip was provided by the host. Only thing to point out because the house is in a construction area, construction starts around 7-7:30am but other than that everything was excellent.

Week stay for dance competition

Everything was wonderful. The only downside is the wifi connection as the kids like to stream movies and such. Also, would like to have more storage space like closets. Otherwise, the home is nice and just as pictured and in a prime location.

Back In Black

The Back in Black condo was very clean and nice. 4 upstairs bedrooms with 2 baths. Master downstairs with bath. Very convenient to town. The only negative was the the internet was unreliable and the tvs were steaming only.

Nice place family get away

Beautifully decorated new house. Arrived 4:15, cleaning crew was there, waited 15min for them to finish. Sleeps 10 great, the king beds; mattresses were not comfortable/they sunk in. Very nice kitchen w/lots of accessories, living room with fireplace a Big screen tv, everything worked great, kitchen table not large enough for all 10 to eat or fit board games. Nice hot tub. Christmas tree was a very nice surprise & nice touch. Overall great family Thanksgiving getaway.

Highly recommend!

This is a brand new cabin that is conveniently located 5 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. We visit the area frequently and have rented many cabins. This was the most well stocked cabin we have stayed in! Paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher pods, hand soap, air freshener, ample amount of bath towels and beach towels...they’ve really thought of it all. Everything was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. Internet easily supported 4 kids and 3 adults who were on multiple electronics. The owners were great to work with. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

May be new but not clean and very low quality.

Made out of very cheap material. Devore was very underwhelming. Location was very difficult to find and the manager never replied to any communications. We were stranded and couldn’t find the cabin and the property manager never answered the calls or replied to email. The linen and towels weed cheaply made and it was dusty. We regret booking here.

Family fun

Kitchen and bathrooms were far above average. Location was good. However a couple of suggestions that would have made our stay a bit better : we were shocked that the only place in the whole house to hang clothes was a coat rack in the living room. Just a simple coat rack in each bedroom would be nice. The house is advertised to house 10 people, but not enough seating in living room. Two extra small chairs would have helped. (We had 4 folding chairs). A mirror and small trash can in the bedrooms would have been nice. The hot tub on balcony is huge. It would have been nice to have had a smaller tub and a place to sit out there. We WOULD rent it again!

Family/friends vacation in Pigeon Forge

Overall we had a nice stay. The location is great. The house itself was a good size for 6 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the arcade games in the one bedroom. The kitchen has all the basic needs for cooking and is nicely updated. No issues with the AC, the house stays nice and cool in the summer heat. It is a very reasonable price for the size of the place. We had a few dislikes. The first being the parking. It is extremely tight if you have a large vehicle like a truck. The house across the street made pulling in/out of our spot more tight because their parking is close and laid out the opposite direction. The one bedroom had what looked like nerds candy on the end table. We wished there was a dish sponge given in the kitchen, there was only a rag and it didn’t scrub well. Most of the king beds had big dips in the mattresses. Last is the lack of outdoor space. The listing says outdoor seating, there is only a tiny bench out front. The hot tub is the only thing on the back deck and there is no seating out back. We didn’t end up using the hot tub because of this. Even with the few negatives we found, we still had a great vacation here. The house is still a place we would come back to in the future.

Thanksgiving vacation

The owner was easy to work with for renting the unit. The area is under construction and we were informed of this prior to renting the unit. Units are very close together and parking is limited The host informed us that the WiFi was not good and it is not. The TV’s in this unit are smart TV’s with no service provider. You log on to your apps and stream to the smart TV. We had plenty of apps and figured it would be easy. The WiFi goes out frequently. This is fine if you want to unplug. If you are traveling with rabid football fans , this is not your place The WiFi will drop on 4th and 1 every time Also this unit has no closets to hang clothes up. There are dressers and I recommend you pack everything flat in packing cubes so you can put your things in the drawers if you are staying long. This is a nice place and a good location

Owners were disappointing

If giving a review for the house, I would say it was amazing! However, the owners were not nice to chat with and the families who stayed at this house will never rent from Luke and Avery again. We had a situation where the house was double booked. The other family who was supposed to stay there showed up around 11:00pm the day of check in. The man walked up to the house and used the code to get in with two of our kids in the room. The adults were out back. After chatting with him we realized we both had the house booked. (They booked through a different platform.) Luckily they were very nice and left to go figure out what they were going to do. (How terrible for them.) We were concerned with them knowing the code to get into the house. When I messaged the home owners about this concern, they never replied during our stay, which was disappointing. On our way home, I express concerns to the homeowners about how they didn't reply to our safety concern. They replied then saying they had no way to change it over a holiday and they didn't respond because "it was a lose lose situation. No way to make you happy." I understand if they can't change the code, but then tell us that instead of ignoring the problem. When expressing concern about having the house double booked they replied, "Really wasn't a big deal and wasn't our fault that ____ booked someone without telling us. This is what happens when you have one of the most popular properties on the planet. Can't expect you to understand." Really? This is how you respond your renters? They also went on to say "Sorry you had someone knock on your door, but it really wasn't that big of a deal and there was no way to avoid it." I think having a complete stranger walk into our vacation rental at 11:00 at night with our kids in a room is a big deal! What if he wasn't so nice and decided to get angry when he seen the house was already being used? Having good communication with your homeowners is huge for me and I'm sure many others. I will never rent from them again. (They have at least five other rentals.) Again, the house was nice, but owners were immature and not easy to work with.
