There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Good, affordable stay on a budget

The property was conveniently located on the ocean front, nice pools/ hot tubs but outdated property and unit. Kitchen cabinets and bathtub need to be replaced. For a few nights the place is a good choice but not for a main vacation.

A nightmare on ocean park

Overall experience was below average. I’ve seen better in motels and I was under the impression this was a resort. When I hear the word resort, professionalism and great hospitality are the first two things that come to my mind. Unfortunately those two words are completely foreign to Ocean Park Resort. From the lack of parking due to unnecessary construction all the way to the unsanitzed swimming areas. I don’t even want to begin to dive into the topic of furry friends bc it’s as if NO ONE at this place thinks it is necessary to clean up after them. Everywhere you step in the back of the hotel is scattered with dog feces. If I could rate this a no start review I would but fortunately for them 1 star is the lowest. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my fur baby. Vacasa has been exceptional in rectifying all the careless mistakes I’ve experienced throughout my stay. Cheers to them and hopefully they will no longer sponsor this property.

The room was outdated but worked for us since we pretty much only slept there. There was sand EVERYWHERE. The floors were not swept prior to our arrival and there was sand in the beds. Not sure if they even changed the sheets. We used the pull out couch also and there was sand and hair on the sheets. So that was for sure not changed. Other than that, it was fine. They just need to do a better job of cleaning. Or clean the room period.

Amazing place to stay with your dog did not have a dog smell they kept the elevators clean and pools were immaculate if you have unlimited passion for tractions you have to call the attraction to get that validated we found out mid week of our vacation and wish we knew earlier Water park and park park and things are truly free we had our tickets emailed to us but we had to call the water park to get the tickets and front desk did not inform us of that but that is my only complaint it was amazing and we will return thank you so much

Pretty nice place

Pretty nice place. Was not as clean as we would have liked but it was not too bad. The roaches in this place was unreal, we are really surprised that we haven’t brought any home, they were everywhere inside and out. Elevators are always a problem here.

Dirty Dirty Dirty

I am 100% disappointed and disgusted by the property. We had to wait until exactly 4pm to get the keys to our room because it was being cleaned. And when we walked into room 608 it was filthy. The quick look appeared clean but it didn't take long to see that it was surface clean only. Looking at the floor boards, cracks, countertops, drawers, beds, bathroom, fridge, etc., it was absolutely not clean. The walls were filthy. Streaks of dirt everywhere you look. The sofa pull out mattress was stained and had just outright garbage underneath it. The lamps and lampshades had stains and dust on them. The bathroom counter was dirty and gritty and had 3 bobby pins laying on it (that I did not bring). The tissue box had dust and dirt on it. The kitchen fridge is all dirty in the seal. The counters again are dirty and gritty. I found countless hairs throughout the sheets in the beds, not to mention a hairball the size of a golf ball. The sheets and pillows all had stains of some sort. The dresser drawers were filled with dust and dirt. And the floor boards in the entire place were absolutely filthy. The walls have small holes all over them. The Murphy pull out mattress sunk in the middle and had huge holes in the bottom of the mattress. The TV didn't work in the living room. The bathroom shelf under the sink is put in backwards. The mat in the tub was secured with yellow caulk that was seeping out the edges. I don't understand why a rubber bath mat would need secured in a tub with caulk? The kitchen drawers don't open one at a time. They all open together. The bottom drawer is being held together by duct tape.

I enjoyed it

The view was wonderful. There was no present disturbances. One of the hotel elevators was out of service so it was very hectic getting an opportunity getting on and off. I walked 6 flights of stairs at least 6 or 7 times because I chose not to wait for a congested elevator. I did accomplish my steps so no complaints. Overall great stay I’d stay again hopefully the elevators will be working properly in case I can’t walk those stairs.

Great view; average to below accommodations

Parking was convenient. Great view from my sixth floor balcony even though I prefer to be a little lower. Friendly front desk folks. Now, the not so good- bug problem under sink in kitchen; difficult to regulate water pressure in shower- usually it's too little pressure- in this place, it was too much water pressure for a comfortable shower and the shower was very small. Very stingy with their towels. You had to "trade" used ones for new ones downstairs at the front desk and weren't allowed any extras. Lobby was a MESS! Probably won't stay there again.

It was great, we enjoyed our stay

It was a very nice hotel but we would have liked it even more if we could check out a bit late, since with kids it’s hard to be all ready for check out at 10. But other than that everything was great, the staff was very nice and the room had a beautiful view.

Great for a weekend getaway

You can tell the building is old, but there was an adamant attempt on renovating so I give them points for that. The room is very spacious, and the view of the balcony can’t be beat. Other than multiple uber/lyft drivers telling us the area was not “safe”, I felt as though we were in good hands. The hotel is dog friendly, so if anything we would have gotten a bark warning. The area is also not too far from board walk, so spending time on the beach during the day was matched with the boardwalk at night. Overall 4.5/5 would recommend.
