Come and enjoy the warm breeze in this 3rd Floor Unit with a stunning view of the ocean and beach from the large size balcony. Recently remodeled with new ownership. Just minutes away from local restaurants, Events, the famous Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and the Strand.
Resort has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs for enjoyment along with tennis courts, designated grilling areas and own Italian Restaurant located onsite.
This is a gated community with 24/7 security on grounds. Perfect for a long weekend getaway to unwind and explore the hidden treasures the Island has to offer!

Good but no oven!
Place was great for 1-2 people but be aware the kitchen didn’t have an oven and only a medium-sized dorm fridge.

Perfect Location
This was an awesome condo with a perfect view of the beach. It was located next to Golden Corral Buffet restaurant, Sonic and Walmart. Also, there was an Exxon gas station a block away. We got stuck here due to Hurricane Beryl and the hosts allowed us to stay an additional night free of charge until the roads cleared up. I would definitely recommend these hosts to anyone seeking to get a bang for their buck. Again, the location was well worth the money.

Noise, filthy carpet and slow response from the owners
The worst part was the noise -- not sure where it was coming from -- roof? -- next unit(s)? -- it was AC that never shut off; like sleeping next to the machine room with noisy machines; it was a noise that we hear when our AC window unit to the wine cellar gets packed with ice and cannot reach the desired temperature, so it keeps trying, making the noise -- until we shut it off, defrost and it can start working again; I could not sleep the first 3 nights, then we got tired enough, to fall asleep easier; the last night seemed to be ok, so maybe it was fixed (?); the reason we did not even contact the owner was that with them it was the worst communication of all VRBO or airbnb we experienced; the code for the door was not working and we were forced to use the regular key; I emailed them immediately that it's not working and it needs probably new batteries; it took them 2 days to finally reply, thanking me for the info and saying "it needs probably new batteries”. I expected them to reply immediately and and sending somebody to put the new batteries, so we don’t need to bother to take the regular key with us everywhere. the area rug was filthy, while the description of the unite claimed the condo was remodeled recently; we lost wifi almost immediately -- which is not the owners fault, but it added to the overall dissatisfaction; after 5 days it came back, but we could not get any time some very basic news channels wether via wifi or via antenna. Only bedroom TV had them.

Great location
Everything was great. The master bed was comfortable. Temperature was comfortable. We didn't use much in the condo. The sliding door still doesn't latch to lock. It was annoying that the elevator closest to the front of the building wasn't working. That was why I chose this unit so we wouldn't be walking through the property but we had to anyway or walk up and down 3 flights of steps. This is no fault of the unit owner, just the property management.

Petite but Functionally Appointed Condo
The unit is most accessible for a walk on the Seawall and lots of stores within 5 mins by walk. Noticed that the living room rug needs to be cleaned. Lots of games to stay away from TV. Kitchen is too small to really cook anything. Better to call it a kitchenette. No Dishwasher and No Laundry in the unit.

Excellent, not perfect, but will stay again.
This is our second stay at the property, and we will stay again, and we recommend it. The actual condo itself and the owners are great. The only reason for taking an overall star away is the condo complex overall and the complex staff are not the best, and seem to be worse each year (it's our second time in this condo, but fourth time in the complex). The check in was difficult, the people behind the counter were frazzled and not professional, the elevator to our condo was broken, the complex is not as neat and clean as it used to be. Again, this is no reflection on the particular condo we stayed in, or the owners of that condo, and we will book this condo again, but the condo complex overall needs to up it's standards.

Total Information :
The listing included "2 Queen Beds" - There was a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa ! Not good ! The check in process was okay except for the listing did not say anything about resort/parking fees. The email I got after paying the non-refundable reservation said there would be a $30 parking fee at check in. It is a $35 dollar resort/parking fee ! Along with cleaning fee, host fee and such, the email also said that I would be responsible for all trash to be removed, dishes to be washed, all towels and bed sheets to be put in a pillow case and put by the front door ! What did I have to pay a cleaning fee for ?? Just for you information .. decide for yourself !

Don’t stay at this condo or complex it’s terrible won’t allow me to put it all on here.
Don’t stay at this property or at the Victorian! They won’t allow me to put it all on here or my contact infor. French door wouldn’t latch correctly we had to put a chair in front of door so if someone opened door they would hit the chair and wake us up, toilet was dirty when we arrived, no soap in shower, mold/mildew smell, false advertising on listing only 1 bedroom, no carts for luggage, trash over flowing every day on ground, elevator panel open inside the elevator every day elevator barly would work, no lights in elevator rooms ice machine broke whole time,fitness room was so hot couldn’t use it, no paper towels, patio light wouldn’t work rusty nails poped up showing on patio furniture. Games thrown in tv cabinet, closet missing curtain rod, elevator was so hot my sister about passed out in there. Metal ext gate on condo rusty and wouldn’t latch correctly, hot tub was locked when it should of been open time, parking areas are very dark, no assigned parking so u drive around and around and have to park across the whole property and walk. Lack of trash bags, cooking utensils were dirty, very little silverware, curtains wouldn’t slide very good have to find something to use to push them open and closed. No k cups, AC couldn’t keep up, tv remote wouldn’t work in the bedroom, both closets where a mess, it’s advertised wrong it’s 1 bedroom that’s tiny and has bunk beds and a couch. Check in process people where hateful.Walk thru gate never worked, more to add ran out of space

Location of the condo was central to everything in Galveston. Beautiful view of the Gulf with very easy access to the beach.

Deserved short vacation
I have some pros and cons Pros 1. Apartment had supplies I didnt think would be there which was WONDERFUL. 2. Air conditioner was great and worked wonderfully. 3. Location was AMAZING easy to find. 4. Surrounding area was great from food, beach even walking distance from Walmart. 5. Even had a portable humidifier which was greatly appreciated. 6. Had extra blankets, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, pots, pans, dish towels, diah soap, sanitizer, board games ALL WONDERFUL Cons 1. Apartment complex had a mold mildew smell that took time to get pass. 2. When you walk into the Apartment the smell was rough. It took time to overcome which could easily be corrected. 3. There were some covers to help protect the pots and pans however they had mold and mildew which worried me to using the pots and pans AGAIN this can ALL be easily corrected. 4. TV remote had NO batteries for bedroom TV. The CONS are NOT A DEAL breaker. I still had a wonderful time and was impressed by the supples and equipment that was able to be used. I would recommend this place and do see myself renting this place again. The CONS are small things that can be easily fixed to improve this place to a 5 out of 5.

Awesome vacation spot!!!
Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything was beautiful. Beachy vibes, the cleanliness, great hospitality from staff. Any questions were answered quickly by host, whom is very friendly.friendly host. Great view of beach from unit. Stores are in walking distance, very convenient. I will be back. I highly recommend.

Almost perfect.
Overall, very nice. Only two complaints, but still we'd stay again and we still recommend the property. Unfortunately, there was an ant problem. The smallest crumb of food on the floor and there were swarms of ants. We solved it with ant spray. The only other "complaint" is not really a complaint, just something to be aware of; the refrigerator is very small. Too small if you plan to do your own cooking and need to keep food for a few days. Other than those two things, very nice place, everything was well maintained and comfortable, nice view, and we'd stay again.

Comfortable and convenient
When we arrived the elevator was out of order and the stairs were a bit of a climb, but we later realized there's an elevator on the other end that was working and the apartment is about halfway between the two so it wasn't a problem. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and the balcony is a nice extra. The TV was slow to connect but seemed to have a nice selection. We didn't spend much time with it so it may have been a user error. Didn't do any cooking but there's a small electric stove top and small refrigerator. There's a coffee maker but no coffee. Providing a few coffee pods would be a nice touch. The beach is just across the street and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We fell in love with this unit because of it's nice ocean / beach view and quite location within the resort, offering privacy while being right in the heart of the Island.

Resort has great amenities, enough to be able to enjoy all day without having to leave but is located close enough for short trips to explore the Island. We also like that it has a family pool which is great for kids and a separate pool for the more mature.
