Welcome to our REMODELED Beach Retreat Condo at Casa Del Mar Beachfront Suites. Come enjoy the Beautiful gulf view and beach breeze from the private balcony of this comfortable get away.

The unit is centrally located on Galveston Island Seawall Blvd and walking distance to many amenities, local restaurants, across the street to the beach & 61st street pier for fishing. It is just a few minutes drive to all that Galveston has to offer -Historic Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Mood Gardens, Downtown Historical Strand District, cruise terminal & much more.
On site are 2 pools, one is heated in the cooler seasons and hot tub. There is a coin laundry room on property for your convenience. The unit comfortably sleeps 6. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with adjustable smart 43in Roku TV. Bunkbeds are located directly outside to the bedroom that is perfect for 2 kids or small adults with custom mattresses. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping for 2 more. The kitchenet is fully stocked with everything you need from making coffee or to a full meal for your family. Custom kitchen with granite granite counter tops and glass tile backsplash. Peninsula with custom granite and counter bar seating for 2. Dining table with additional seating. New stainless steel appliances, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Custom tile bathroom with matching granite to kitchen, convenient shower niche. Living room includes a new 55inch smart TV. Complex has free Wi-Fi and onsite grill / picnic area.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 1/1/2020 Casa Del Mar charges a one time $40 fee for parking (2 vehicles, good for the duration of your stay). This is paid at the front desk upon check-in.

It was a good stay. It could've been more clean. Bathroom rug needs to replaced and the pull out sofa had stains. I would suggest getting a professional cleaner.

The location is good, with the beach being right across the street! The condo is very small, but just right for my husband, me, and 2 kiddos ages 10 and 8. We mainly needed a place to sleep and shower, so if lounging inside is a priority for you, you may want to find a larger space. The property manager was kind and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We asked for a later check out and were able to stay an extra couple of hours!

Great time on the Seawall in Galveston

Had a great time and even in the aftermath of hurricane Beryl. We were able to stay and enjoy the beach and all it had to offer. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great place by the beach

This was the perfect place to stay 2 days before our cruise. It was a little small for me, my wife and our 2 teenage daughters, but that was no surprise because the description was accurate on the size of the condo. Perfect location for access to the beach. The heated pool was nice since it was cold in Galveston during our stay. Communion with the host was awesome and prompt. They are very nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

Close to the action.

Place had everything we needed for a party of 2. It is small but accurately described. Right across from the beach and in the center of town. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, and shops. Balcony provided a nice view. Kitchen equipped with enough stuff to cook. Beach amenities provided but we didn’t use. Easy parking and entry and exit. I would recommend to a couple for family with 1-2 small children.

It was a great 3 day getaway. The location was directly across the street from the beach, within walking distance of restaurants and other activities. The property is well maintained and the host was very responsive to the questions we had.

Cozy condo in a perfect location!

We loved our stay at this precious condo! It’s beautifully decorated and stocked well. The location is great and the property has two wonderful pools which my kiddos enjoyed. Desa is so sweet and easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

Last Minute Getaway before wedding.

I took a last minute trip with my sons before one of them got married. The condo was in a great location and very clean. The supplied chairs and sports equipment was perfect for the beach across the street.

Perfect and Clean Location

This was our second year to stay here! We love it! Very clean! You can’t pass up the view of the beach from the balcony! Very close to Moody Gardens and many good restaurants. We walked across the street the beach and had a very good time! Also cooled down at the pools on site! Definitely recommend staying here!! We plan to be back again!!

Perfect for a short getaway 🐙

The property was exactly as described! Just me and Mom for a quick girls trip. View is great and location super convenient! Desa was easy to contact and great to speak with. We stayed four nights and enjoyed every second. The condo has the perfect decor for a beach setting and the beds were really comfortable. Even the pullout had a great mattress 😁 Def will be return guest! ⛱️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO property, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The first thing that struck us was the location. It was just on the beach. The property itself was immaculate. Very clean and cozy, well equipped with modern appliances. Additionally Desa was responsive and provided us with all the necessary information. I highly recommend booking this property!

The first day we stayed it was nice and i didn't notice any issues until i need to use something in the kitchen. All the dishes were dirty that I saw, all the knives were rusty, and when I went to wash the dishes and knives to use them there was only watered down dish soap, and melted dishwasher tablets. There was also water coming from somewhere in the kitchen and gathering under the sink on the floor. Will not use this owner again.

Wonderful room, host and view.

Stayed here for a week, when we arrived the door code had changed and it was midnight. Called Desa and she fixed it immediately, she also called and checked on us the next day willing to bring us extra bathroom supplies. We didn’t have any problems for the rest of our stay, if we had I know she would have taken care of it. This room was spacious for the Casa Del Mar, it was beautifully decorated, had enough seating and anything you needed to cook a meal. The bed was fantastic, we didn’t use the pillows because we travel with our own but they were of high quality. The couch was equally comfortable. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design of this room, it was simple and not cluttered, clean and has an amazing view. The extra high chairs on the balcony are a nice touch, you can see the beach rather than looking at railing or through bars. I would definitely recommend this room for a family that needs the extra space, it has the right amount of everything. Our kids said multiple times how much they loved this room and teenagers are hard to impress. Hope to come back next year.
