Pieni perheen koti, meillÀ on ihana tilava talo 3 makuuhuonetta 1 kylpyhuone, jossa suuri huone ja biljardihuone. On vieras mökki (Jos tarvitset lisÀÀ tilaa, joka on vuokrattavissa erikseen tÀllÀ sivustolla se on 1/1 # 7001915), joka oli alkuperÀisen kodin omaisuutta istuu vieressÀ Beach House. Se on meidÀn perhekoti ja meillÀ on molemmissa ylpeitÀ! Talo ja mökki istuvat itsenÀisesti suurella kaksinkertaisella erÀllÀ ja sijaitsevat erinomaisella paikalla 150 metrin pÀÀssÀ rannasta. Se on hyvin yksityinen ja ainutlaatuinen, koska sijainti ja kaikki maisemointi. Ostimme talon useita vuosia sitten paikalliselta taiteilijalta, jolla oli 32 vuotta, ja uudistanut sen sÀilyttÀen sen Old Florida Beach Housen charmin. Manasota Condo

We enjoyed two weeks at this two-bedroom condo just one block from the beautiful beach of the southern part of Manasota Key. The second story porch gave us a view of the beach and a lively sea breeze. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a dishwasher and multiple TV screens. All very comfortable!Restaurants are nearby as is Chadwick Park Beach.

Very nice clean house steps from the beach.

Very nice and clean house. Price very reasonable. Steps away from the beach! Spoke with Scott when we arrived earlier than planned and he let us check in early on short notice. Awesome week with my family. I would stay here again. Thank you Scott!

Excellent!

Perfect place for what my husband and I needed. Pool table was fun, shed full of beach toys. We didn't need to use our vehicle our entire stay - rode bikes when we went to dinner. Nice screened in porch for morning coffee. Excellent location, nice neighbors. Big screen TVs all worked easily! Host was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Nice little cottage

I don’t know that I would advertise this place as a house. It’s more of cottage as there is another house connected to it that is also being rented out. Need to have a exterminator come out. Saw 4 palmetto bugs. Otherwise great place to go for the weekend.

Amazing Location

This property was great because it was an easy one minute walk to the beach. The host has everything you could need and more especially for someone flying who can’t pack things like beach chairs and umbrellas. The little shed on the property was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and a convenient tote to help you transport everything to the beach. Host supplies plenty of beach towels too! The courtyard was beautifully done with plenty of outdoor seating. We personally enjoyed the screened in porch for late night conversation when the mosquitos tend to be on the prowl. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and pans which was perfect for our family since we tried to eat/cook at the condo as much as possible to avoid eating out. There is a propane grill too! The condo is very spacious. The three rooms are all very private since they are located in their own separate spots in the condo. Each room also had its own tv. The television in the living room was massive which was great for watching college football on Saturday. Check in was super simple, as was check out. The host was very responsive and easy to voice any concerns to. Manasota Key itself was quaint and very private. The beach was not crowded and the water was still warm for October. We visited a couple restaurants for a date night: Lock N Key and Magnolias on the Bay. Highly recommend!

2 minute walk to beach

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of beach essentials for use in the shed. Plenty of towels so don’t waste space packing them. Beds are very comfortable. A/C worked great even in 100 degree July summer days. Pool table was a hit for our teens. Plenty of pots & pans for cooking. Outdoor gas Grill worked great for steaks, burgers, & hot dogs. Coffee pot is a regular drip pot & filters are provided. Restaurants & Circle K are a 2 minute drive, 5-10 minute bike ride, or 15-20 minute walk away. Screened porch & outdoor sitting area is a perfect chill spot. Have to give a shout-out to the cleaning crew. House was immaculate. We already have some future dates in mind for next time!

Beech weekend getaway

Absolutely loved the house! And really only 60 steps to the beach. No problems with the neighbors in beach every one was very friendly, plenty of places to eat less than 1 mile away. Had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The owners are on top of everything!

We fell in love with the location and home! Everything was perfect for our stay steps away from the beach. Screened in porch with the fan was amazing to relax after a day at the beach. We hope to make this a regular visit!

Another Great Stay!

This was our second time renting here after a wonderful time a few years ago. Even better than we remembered! Literally steps to the beautiful gulf beach ( where I caught several Pompano we cooked on grill at the house) a barn packed full of bikes and all kinds of beach gear made for great days, several nearby indoor/outdoor restaurants that you can walk or ride the free trolly to made the days complete. Scott is a superb host, not only checking in with a text every couple of days to see if we needed anything, he even offered to let us stay over when my wife was too ill to travel home. You simply won't find a better beach getaway or a better host!

Beach Vacay

Best place to be on Manasota Key! Outside shower. Beautifully landscaped, perfectly designed for privacy. Figs, Palm Trees, Pine, Hibiscus. All the necessities plus beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and towels. 19 year old daughter says
you did good Mom. Priceless. Scott is awesome. Cannot wait to come back next year. What would I change? I would stay longer. Zero issues. House maintains its cool throughout the day and has a positive vibe. Turtle nests are marked on the beach. Blue water, white sands. Perfect trip with my adult children. Thank you Scott.

Amazing!

Great house, great location, and the house was everything and more than expected. I must say this is the first time we have left from vacation and everyone was actually in tears. Scott was an awesome host. Great communication and an awesome info booklet waiting for us in the kitchen that told us everything we needed to know about the house and the island. We will definitely be back, but it will for surely be for more than 4 days. This is the house you are looking for if you want an awesome vacation!

Great location

Great host. Easy to contact and very responsive. The house is on a nicely shaded lot just a hundred feet or so from the beach. On what I consider to be the quiet south side of Manasota Key. We had a great time relaxing in the evening with several rounds of billiards. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

This property is a gem. Englewood has small town charm on the beach. The Beachcomber property is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We came in December and the weather was perfect (highs near 80 everyday). The beach is not crowded. It made for a very relaxing long weekend with our friends. The house has everything we needed and is very clean and comfortable. Scott is a wonderful host.

Family beach trip

Property was nice; great location; great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a beach getaway.

Nice house, but only 1 bathroom

This house was great for our stay because of it's proximity to the beach, but the biggest complaint was that it is only 1 bathroom and is listed as 2. The owner claimed the outdoor shower spigot is why it comes across as 2 bathrooms and VRBO won't allow him to change it. The price should reflect that.

This quaint beach house is within walking distance to a Tiki bar on the bay, fine dining and casual restaurants as well as a convenience store and other shopping and boardwalk. We have simply tried to think of everything you would want, or need, to make your vacation a very special experience. We are 150 feet from one of the most beautiful beaches that Florida has to offer, as well as being only 600 feet from Lemon Bay. Bring your boat, use one of the nearby ramps, rent a dock or moor on the bay. You will have direct access to the Gulf within minutes. This is a renowned fished and boating area. You can surf cast off the beach from anywhere on the island, or charter boats for tarpon, flounder, grouper, mackerel or redfish.It doesn't get any better than this!
This home is the perfect getaway from the bustle and noise of everyday life, or to enjoy the glamour and excitement of Florida's Gulf Coast. The choice is yours:Spend a day at the beach, just doing...nothingExplore protected wildlife areas and bird sanctuariesVisit Stump Pass State Park or Dine at one of the local restaurants.
