We are opening up our 2 bedroom 2 full bath second home to guests from May 29th to September 10th. We are looking forward to sharing our escape from the stress of everyday life. Every time we visit we enjoy the peace, tranquility, and beauty of our little section of the Gulf Of Mexico and are sure you will also.

When you first enter our home you will see our open floor plan with a very comfortable couch, love seat and recliner. We have seating for 4 at the kitchen table and also seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. In the living area we have a new curved screen TV. Our couch is also a sleeper sofa. Our balcony has great views of the world famous White sandy beaches and the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Tidewater beach resort is located ½ mile west of pier park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with Tiki bar and East pool has a coffee and sundries shop - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - and much more!!!
The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water with para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book! But look out for the Sun, don't ruin your vacation with a terrible sunburn on your first day.

Our Kitchen Has everything Stainless steel appliances, blenders, toasters eating utensils, plates & bowls, cups & glasses, and pots & pans. But don't forget Mom is on vacation also! With hundreds of great places to eat no matter what you are looking for we have it hear in Panama City Beach.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with dresser/mirror 2 night stands large flat screen TV Full bath has a Tub Shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next is the guest bathroom which has a walk in shower vanity and lavatory. Both bedrooms have windows with gorgeous views.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee of $48.00 plus tax for parking and arm bands per rental. We will send you a link so you can register online prior to your arrival which will sane you a lot of time. As with most condos in Panama City beach the resorts require Families or 25 and above to rent.
Unit is on the 30th floor with an west end elevator conveniently close to condo.
