Destin West Heron 408/Gorgeous Bayside View
Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit in the Destin West Beach and Bay resort with breathtaking views of the bay and overlooking the laz river, pool and hot tubs. Destin West is a premier resort with buildings on the gulf and bay sides. All guests have access to the beach, large pool, hot tub and well equipped fitness center on the beach side (by way of an elevated walkway) and the lazy river, pool.
Our second condo, purchased in January 2021, Heron 408 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the bay, pools and lazy river. The master has a king bed and brand new furniture, a new smart TV and Cox Cable. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and cable, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds, a smart TV and cable. There is a dining table in the main room. Living room is spacious with a large u shaped sofa and another new 65 inch big screen Smart TV and cable. A full laundry room with new washer and dryer make keeping clothes and towels clean a breeze. The spacious balcony has a 6 person table and overlooks the lazy river.
Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the balcony that has a spectacular view of the bay, pools and lazy river!
As a courtesy to our guests, we have beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and a beach cart on the balcony that you are free to use as well! Just put them back before you leave.

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a place at the beach. In 2020 and 2021 my wife Linda and I were able to purchase two dream homes. We plan to enjoy these amazing properties as much as possible. When we are not using them, we want you and your family to be able to enjoy this wonderful area. We don't want to be just the normal short term rental company, we want to provide a first class experience for our guests in every way!

The view, spaciousness and amenities. While most people focus on the gulfside, which has such great access to the beach, we love the bay side just as much. With the lazy river I personally could float around in all day, the hot tubs and pools. What really drew us to this particular unit, was the view. You can lay in the master bedroom and look out over the bay, dock and pools. We also loved the size of the unit, with 3 bedrooms and a full size laundry room.
