Welcome to Kiki's Cottage! 2 King master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Our home is 140 steps to public beach access, and one of the closest houses to the beach in the charming Island Park neighborhood.
Relax on either of the 2 decks. Our favorite is the back deck overlooking the lagoon. Bring your fishing rod and try to wrangle a Red Drum-you'll hear them splash! There are also 2 community pools to enjoy.

This house is clean. Sleeps:10. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Sets of Twin Bunks. Home also includes pack and play and booster seat. Long Lagoon View in backyard, ocean views from front porch. Outdoor shower and plenty of car parking along with outdoor living space.
2 community pools and access to 2 community dry docks for fishing in Jinks Creek. Bring your boat. Jinks Creek is adjacent to Intracoastal Waterway.
Approximately 1.5 miles to NC Wildlife boat launch ramp.
- 2 minute walk to The Isles Restaurant.
- 20 minute drive to Calabash, and 30 minute drive to N Myrtle Beach

Great Beach Home

We loved the open floor plan downstairs, the deck overlooking the pond in back, the sitting area near the grill. Everything was great! Thanks to the owners!

Family time

OIB VACATION

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. We love the layout and the house was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the ocean views from the front porch. We hope to visit again soon.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and included everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The walk to the ocean was very short and easy, even with a little one in tow. Thanks to the Simmons family for the wonderful accomodations!

Lovely family vacation

We loved the home, the area, and our overall vacation. The house was very clean, nicely stocked and the owners were very responsive. Our only issue was a lot of steps if you have any back or knee issues, but I think that comes with any beach house in the area. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Again, we loved our time here.

Awesome location, decor, space and hosts.

We visited for a girls weekend and had the best time. The hosts are so easy to communicate with and respond quickly. The house is in the PERFECT location with great views on both sides. The inside decor is adorable so so spacious. We had 10 women comfortably. Would highly recommend!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful week at Ocean Isle! The property and house were beautiful and proximity to the ocean was great! Our kids loved watching the turtles and fish in the pond in the back and there were so many places to sit outside and enjoy the morning or evening. Absolutely recommend this house! We'll be back!

Fabulous!!!

We decided last minute to get away. Had a price maximum and this fit the bill. The house was one of the best we have stayed at in a while. Very clean and comfortable , lots of room for the 3 of us. Quiet neighborhood and we slept the best we have in months. Loved this place!

Beautiful Home with Lovely Deck

My family had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, so very clean, and the hosts are unbelievably helpful and responsive. NOTE: you need to provide your own bed linens and towels. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and easy access to the beach.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation!!

We had a fantastic time!! The owners were easy to get in contact with and responded very quickly. They let us get a late check out which was amazing because we got one extra day on the beach! Place was very clean & great amount of space. Easy walk to the beach!! My husband and son loved being able to fish right in the back yard! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back as we visit OIB every year!

Even better than expected!

We loved this house and it’s location! It was absolutely perfect for our group of four adults and six children. We never felt crowded or on top of one another since there were so many places to hang out. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The Simmons were excellent hosts, kind and so thoughtful. The walk to the beach is very short and access is easy. This is certainly a first rate home for your vacation!

All the little things make a difference

Great location. About 5 min walk right between beach and pool… Close to the both. Covered parking under the home. Owners provided nice extras like beach chairs and flashlights for crab hunting, pack and play and kids booster seat. Beds comfy and kitchen and living room were roomy. Owners quick with reply with questions and booking process was easy. Will come back here again.

Great Location, Comfort, and Communication

Owners are awesome communicators, making sure they answered any questions and that we had everything we needed. Beach is walkable right across the street. Ocean air is hard on any beach house, but Can see owners efforts to keep things fresh. Great back deck on large pond and also walkable to the creek. LOVED the outdoor shower!!!! Comfortable beds and furniture! Great experience! Thank you!

Beach lovers who took the big plunge. Owners grew up coming to OIB as children. We wanted our children to have the same type memories. We did the hard work and labor bringing this house to the show place it is today. We truly want to help you make memories here also!

Location and potential. This house was the former model home of Island Park when it was being built. We have given it many modern updates and touches of home. We are 140 steps from the beach access. We have children and understand that being close to the beach is key. We also have provided new beds and bedding to make your sleep the best it can possibly be! Ocean View from the front, and a long lagoon view from the back. Not many can say that!

Island Park is such a charming neighborhood. The west end holds many special memories for our family. Our boys have grown up wading across the sound towards Sunset Beach.
