Isle Be Chillin, wonderful home which has pool access, and single entry road for less traffic then main roads, less the 4 minutes to direct beach access! New owners in June 2024 with 5 star ratings at all other homes and current season VRBO #383419, have remodeled and have added everything that makes it a home not a rental! Pet friendly, and family strong! We have purchased home and managed the current owners summer rentals and we have over 50+5 star ratings on previous VRBO site number 32 Private Drive, and on Sunset Beach 270537 Tee Time, 2623735 Hook Wine and Sinker. Isle Be Chillin is Perfect location for large family or families wanting to share a large home. We strive on making the experience easy!! Wonderful house, the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Nice beds, plenty of sitting area. 13 of us, 8 adults 5 kids, had a great time. Pool close.

Great house for family vacay

This house had everything we needed for a multi-family vacation. Great spaces indoor and outdoor for hanging out. Had everything we needed and the owner was checking in on us throughout the week. Very happy with our stay.

Walkable island great for children. Well-organized and clean home, responsive hosts, perfect for young families. Bring your groceries in and best to stay on-island. Beach, park, pool and arcades will keep the kids happy.

Loved Isle B Chillin!

Fantastic property, with the best owners we've ever had. We had six-seven adults and six children for a week and never felt crowded. Home had all the amenities we could have needed, including outdoors. Short walk to the beach and local businesses. Great neighborhood.

Wonderful vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean Isle Beach. This home is very spacious, clean, and just a very short walk to the pool and beach. Not only is the house very clean and well taken care of, but there is an array of bonuses provided like beach chairs, coolers, wagons, corn hole, horse shoes, outside play area in the backyard, board games, movies, and much more. We really liked the outdoor deck seating for meals and having a personal bathroom in every bedroom. We hope to go back in the near future.

Family fun😊

The best stocked kitchen ever!! It was great having a bathroom in each bedroom . There was plenty of seating areas in kitchen and at the bar . Living room was very comfortable . Short walk to the beach . Rich was very quick to respond if we had a question or problem . We would definitely stay there again .

We hit the jack pot with this listing! We’ve been coming to ocean isle for 10 years, the last 5 staying specifically within the Summer Place neighborhood / Private Dr. but this was the first we booked via VRBO. We have always gone through one of the various realty groups so I was a bit unsure as what to expect, but we couldn't have been more pleased with the home and all the amenities. It really feels more like a home than a rental property and CC was to communicative and attentive to make sure we felt right at home. We loved having 2 master bedrooms on each floor, gave the adults plenty of room to spread out and have their own separate space. Bonus that we didn't have to rent separate linens & towels, everything was provided and good quality, everything felt very clean. The kitchen was also a big highlight, being well appointed with cookware, dishes, and appliances. If you're unfamiliar with area, it's a very short walk to the beach, with direct beach access, with limited parking, so this access doesn't get as crowded as some of the other beach accesses along OIB...this is a big reason we keep booking in Summer Place. We will definitely be coming back on a future trip to OIB!

I also have a rental unit on the island, but the kitchen was so well stocked and labeled it puts mine to shame. The best part was the double ice maker in the refrigerator. All the time was spent around the kitchen and the large area made it work very well. Thanks for having all we needed.

great house. we all had our own bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen well supplied with pans, dishes and silverware. cornhole, horseshoes and a closet full of games. Owner is super responsive to questions or concerns. He is very helpful and goes out of his way for you.

Perfect family getaway

Exactly as advertised...beautiful home with everything needed to make yourself at home, inside and outside! Grandkids loved the backyard and the “cars”, while our adult children enjoyed horseshoes, corn hole and hanging outside around the picnic table. Perfect neighborhood for morning or evening walks with wagons full of kids! Five bedrooms and five baths gave everyone the space they needed. The well stocked kitchen made eating in hassle-free. We loved our 7-night stay, only problem...it went by too fast!

Relaxing vacation

Really enjoyed the week at "Isle Be Chillin". Great place to relax, enjoy the pool, walk the beach, and visit locations like Myrtle Beach and Southport. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything needed including movies, books, games, hammock, etc. Very short walk to the pool and the beach. Short drive to rent a boat, rent a jet ski, take a fishing trip, or ride a zip line. Rich the owner was great to work with and extremely responsive. Rich's "Welcome Book" contains great recommendations for things to do and places to eat (not one of the eating recommendations disappointed).

Very family friendly!

This house was everything we had expected and more. It had everything! All of the kitchen supplies/cooking utensils needed and even Tupperware to store the left overs in the fridge. I loved the fact that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. Our group ranged in ages from 11 months to 50 years old and everyone really enjoyed themselves. There were 2 baby gates provided, which were very much so appreciated. The pool was just a very short walk from the house, and then the beach was just a little further. The backyard had corn hole and horseshoes, which the men really enjoyed. The house was so clean and well kept! It was such a pleasant experience from the initial booking to the day we left. Rich was so nice and was always available to answer any of our questions. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!

A wonderful family week at the beach

This is an extremely accommodating property. We found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen, we stayed out of each other's way in the 6 (!) bathrooms, we played games from the game closet--I could go on and on. The house is perfectly suited for a family like ours. I highly recommend Rich and his beautiful beach home!

Loved the family vibe, and the laid back nature of the island, with limited commercialism for a truly relaxing place to be. This private community is one place where the kids can play in the yard, ride the bikes around the neighborhood, and go to the community pool and enjoy the privacy.

With 5 Bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on a private street, it is wonderful to see kids playing and being safe. Community pool right there for family use, and less than 4 minutes to the beach, it is a little haven.
