Family Vacation

Tiffany was quick to respond with any questions I had about the property. Neighborhood was quiet and location of property was within 15 to 20 mins of most things: beach, grocery, shopping, etc. House was also spacious and very comfortable.

Backyard Paradise

The house is great but the backyard and pool is awesome. The backyard has very little shade but the mornings and evenings outside were a treasure. We had five adults in our group and the set up of the house worked great. Tiffany was great with prompt response to any questions we had as well as her letting us know of any issues we needed to be aware of. It was an awesome week at this property.

We stayed here with work colleagues when we were in the area. Everything was fine and the pool was a bonus although a little cold!

Great host, but don't make any noise at all!

We stayed during March break with our family (2 adults 2 kids at 10 and 8) and another family (2 adults 2 kids at 9 and 3). The home is exactly as advertised and spacious. It's a bit dated but fine. The home was clean but had a lingering musty smell for the first couple days. Tiffany is very communicative and as far as I'm concerned a great host. We messaged back and forth the day of check in as I was hoping for an early check in by a few hours. We ended up getting in an hour early which was appreciated. The home has good amenities. There's a tv in every room, the kitchen has all the staples and there's activities for the backyard and beach. The pool is a great size but not heated. It was fine though, definitely swimmable and clean. The main issue with this house is the neighbour. The listing is clear that there's a noise rule in the neighborhood. We ahead kids so naturally we are very quiet from about 9pm onwards. Had no issues until one day we decided to use the pool around 2pm. The kids were making normal kid noise -- playing laughing giggling. Nothing crazy. The neighbour yells over the fence to keep them down and made us feel very uncomfortable even being out there. What's the point of a pool if you can't use it without fear? The next day I saw him on the driveway and apologized, so did he, but he expressed exasperation of this rental property. So he's not in a mood to be cooperative as a neighbour. This is a dealbreaker to go back but if you have no kids go ahead

Nice but not cleaned good

So over all it was a good stay we was there for four days, we had everything we needed to have a good vacation, the house was well stocked with everything, but it had mildew in the bathtubs, missing, lightbulbs multiple, we saw three or four big roaches, the pool was not cleaned properly, as we were leaving and packing up, we found boxes of empty recording devices for voices, we looked for recording devices and fans, but we didn’t see any but there was definitely empty boxes they left in the laundry room, which is not cool! Being that wasn’t disclosed, overall, Tiffany was very responsive. I only contacted her one time and she responded back promptly. Didn’t have a problem with her at all. The neighborhood was very nice, and neighbors was very nice to us, we was worry about that being we read other reviews but we didn’t have no problems, very kids friendly.

Great space with amazing pool area

We enjoyed a long weekend stay at this property - which was perfect for our extended family. Very spacious, the # of bedrooms gave everyone enough space and the house was nicely decorated and set-up for a fun weekend. The pool area was an especially great space to enjoy the sun and socialize. Highly recommend if you're going to this area.

Well appointed-Like being at home!

We stayed a few days here and our family came in from Orlando for a quick few days together. This place is perfect for families with kids or just adults. It’s the most well appointed place we have ever stayed. It’s roomy and big enough for all. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store close a d a quick drive to the beach. We went to Madeira Beach and I dian Rocks. We had cute ducks that visited the spacious backyard and pool. It was relaxing. We loved it.

BEWARE OF HOST SCAMMER TIFFANY * do not rent!!

DO NOT RENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend with me and 9 of my friends. We got there on Thursday evening, were inside by 9:30pm to respect the neighbors and by 9am Friday morning our reservation was cancelled via text message threatening us to leave the house stating that we had too many people in the house and that they’ve been watching us on camera. After texting with the host Tiffany, she stated “My neighbor reported it to the city and I do not have a choice my hands are tied. The city has a zero tolerance I cannot do anything about this” We spoke to the neighbor who was outside documenting another guest leaving the house unhappy and we found out that everything Tiffany said was false. That Tiffany is a repeat offender of similar situations- broken AC that isn’t fixed, dirty pool, etc- and she has done this to 6 other individuals who have rented the property. On Sunday, the neighbor reached out to let us know they they had new renters already today- the day we were supposed to be checking out. We were told Tiffany has been a horrible host with the property to use for her own people with over 25 guests who disrespect the neighbors so bad that they did call the city on her- not on us. The morning before we arrive, code enforcement officers were there threatening her that they would shut her down. Neighbors updated that the pool guy comes out 3-4 times a week due to level of bacteria so high and the pool turning green. He was there Thursday and back again Sunday because it was already green. Cancel your reservation and save yourself a ruined weekend!!!!!

If it wasn’t for the host, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Hands down Tiffany was super helpful and fast at communicating. However the people maintaining the home is not doing their job. Disappointed at the fact I rented a house with a pool and couldn’t use it all week. The pool was full of algae and green all week long. That was the biggest let down especially since we paid extra to have a pool. However when the hvac stopped working the host had someone out there the same night to fix the unit. The layout and amount of bedrooms worked perfect for our large family. The beach wasn’t as close as we thought and renting a golf cart for this area is useless. We enjoyed St. Pete beach more then any area and that was about a 30/40min drive.

Amazing property!

We had such a great visit to Tiffany's property! The house was a perfect fit for me and my family. It was clean, well maintained and centrally located (close to restaurants, beaches and shopping) Literally, had everything we needed - from beach towels, chairs, BBQ grill and everything you would need in the kitchen. Tiffany was very responsive - answered all questions in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. We had the BEST time here and everyone loved it - from the kids all the way to the adults!

Nice house, close to house

Nice rental, tons of room for two families of 5. Quick access to beaches and restaurants. Full kitchen with basics to cook breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard table. The price was right - all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood - no complaints other than bathrooms could use a facelift.

Perfect for our three generation family!

This house is fabulous, stocked with everything you need. BBQ grill, pool, plenty of beach towels and everything you might need in the kitchen. Plenty of space both indoors and out, the location is close to everything. Beaches are just minutes away, easy access to stores, attractions and restaurants. Owner was easily accessible and answered any questiomns we had promptly. We loved this rental.

A wonderful and welcoming place for family

We had a fantastic experience at this property! Tiffany provided anything you could imagine (beach chairs, extra blankets, pool floaties, etc) and was very responsive to communication, the location of the house was wonderful in proximity to beaches, stores, shopping and activities, and the pool area was clean and nicely arranged, with the exception of not much shade, but we didn't mind. We unfortunately visited during a cooler snap, so the pool was a bit chilly for the kids, but not a fault of the property, just our bad luck! We bought wetsuits and still spent hours every day swimming! We definitely hope to stay again!

Great time

The house had a lot of necessities. The laundry room was a plus, the kitchen was stocked, the linens were clean and several towels were provided. The home was clean and the backyard was beautiful. Easy and traffic free drive across the bridge to beach access in 5 minutes. Owner was available and quick on responding.

What we most like about our home is that you can have a big group of friends or family staying together; it never feels crowded. The property boasts a very expansive private entertainment backyard, with a gorgeous pool area and a constant breeze. The space has two outside dining areas, a grill, fire pit for the colder evenings, lounge chairs, and the large grassy area makes this backyard the perfect space to stay away from the crowd.

No events or parties. Max allowed to stay overnight is 10 guests. Our HOA and neighbors feel strongly about maintaining a quiet, serene community and will enforce this rule, as necessary.

For security purposes, we have a Ring Doorbell, a camera above the garage, left corner of the house and one in the back corner the cameras do not look inside the property and a noise monitoring device, but it does not record conversations only levels of sound...

Pool company and landscapers come weekly- normally on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
