I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist, and my husband is an American Sign Language professor with a long-standing passion for real estate, travel, and creating memorable guest experiences. Before opening our vacation home, we spent two years renting out our RV at local campgrounds and helping families experience the amazing beaches, history, and outdoor beauty that make St. Augustine so special. Seeing guests create memories—whether through glamping trips, beach days, or exploring downtown—made us realize how much we truly enjoy hosting.
This inspired us to purchase a home designed specifically for comfort, relaxation, and hospitality. We wanted a place where families, couples, snowbirds, and friends could feel welcomed, cared for, and right at home. One of the biggest reasons we chose this area is the easy drive to Crescent Beach, my personal favorite beach in all of Florida. The quick trip down SR-206 brings you straight to wide, clean sands, gentle waves, pet-friendly access, and even 4x4 beach driving. Whether you enjoy morning walks, sunbathing, fishing, or simply soaking in ocean views, Crescent Beach offers a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere that our guests love just as much as we do.
The home’s half-acre corner lot was another huge draw. The extra outdoor space provides privacy, room to relax, and plenty of sunshine. The heated pool was an instant selling point—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Between the pool deck, fenced yard, grills, and outdoor seating areas, it’s easy to enjoy long Florida days without ever leaving the property.
Inside, the home offers over 2,800 sq ft of indoor living space between the main house and the attached mother-in-law suite.
