Located in the convenient and charming Chalet Village cabin community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Wanderlust 2318 keeps you close to the many attractions, shops, and restaurants of the Smokies. You can easily grab a bite to eat, visit art galleries and pick up mountain souvenirs, play miniature golf and laser tag, and then head back to your cabin for some rest and relaxation. Plus, a location in the Chalet Village community means access to community amenities like a playground, pool, and more.

At the cabin, enjoy inviting spaces, plenty of mountain charm, and some unique extras to make your stay even more special. Start with the mountain views, which stretch as far as the eye can see. Take them in as you enjoy a meal at the table on the open deck, share a romantic moment in the chairs on the small deck area, or soak in the outdoor hot tub. There is another table for 4 on a covered portion of the deck, along with a grill for cookouts, so there are plenty of outdoor spaces to chat and unwind.

Inside, relax in the spacious living room with a flatscreen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. You can cozy up on the sofas, flip on the lamp to read, or set a board game you brought from home out on the coffee table. You'll have easy access to the deck, so you can open the doors on nice days or step out for some fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen is just steps away, as is the dining table. It's outfitted with appliances, dishes, and tools for in-cabin meals, and the table can double as a game space when mealtime is over.

In the rec room, shoot some pool, have a drink at the high-top table, watch some TV, or flip on the CD player for some music as you make a drink at the wet bar. The cabin also has high-speed wireless internet, a Blu-ray player, and TVs in all the bedrooms. And when you're ready to relax, you'll have an indoor jetted tub for relaxing baths and a private sauna for the ultimate spa experience - right inside the cabin!

View is amazing, home is not
The photos of this home are very misleading. The pool table has holes in the felt, the hot tub lights didnt turn on, the pilot was blown out on the fireplace and we killed 2 roaches during our stay. This home is not managed by an owner but by a rental agency which is not keeping up on its properties. When I contacted the property management to leave early due to all of oue issues they would not refund any nights early that we left. Cabins for You is terrible to work with and i will never rent from them again.

Nice home with A+++++ views
The highlight of this property is the view. If you enjoy just relaxing on a deck with amazing views, this property is for you. The upper deck is on the main level and has an unobstructed view of the mountains. The cabin was also spacious and clean. The master is on the upper level as well as a full bathroom. On this same level is also the jacuzzi tub and sauna which are adjacent to each other. The main level contains the second bedroom which has a private bathroom. Here you will also find the living and dining/kitchen area. A double glass patio door as well as a wall of windows make this space accessible to the mountain view. Lower level contain billard table and the deck contains the hot tub. Temp maxes out at 99. Would prefer a little warmer…especially in cooler weather. We chose this property both because of its proximity to the national park and downtown Gatlinburg as well as the amenities of the Challet village. However, the weather was not cooperative, so we did not access the clubhouse/pool areas. It would have been helpful to have directions to the clubhouses should we have wanted to visit. As others have commented, the drive up the mountain is very intimidating. Lots of steep roads with switchbacks. It’s take about 10 minutes to get up and down. We were able to do it in a minivan, but a little scary. All-in-all, a nice property…needs some minor maintenance. Skylight leaked in torrential downpours. Would stay again.

Majestic experience
Bear-Ly made it into our chalet! 🤣 got Wanderlust 2318 and was going to get our 1 yr old out of his car seat when I spotted a bear… quickly realized it was a mama and her cub. We had quickly climbed back into the truck and little did we know the cooler we had in the back of our truck was drawing attention to us so they proceeded to get closer to the truck and climb it looking for food! What a sight to see now that we can laugh about it! They were not phased by the truck turning on and or honking!!! Finally they left us and we enjoyed every amazing view the chalet gave us during our stay! The bears were an added bonus when we saw them! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing view
The view was amazing. Although the house was clean, we were disappointed to see that the sliding doors with the amazing view of the mountains were very dirty. I don't think they had been cleaned in awhile. Also, the shower in the bathroom on the main level never seemed to get hot water. We all ended up using the shower on the second level. Also, the dining table has glass on top to protect the finish, however, it's obvious the glass is never removed to actually clean the table itself. I think more attention to the small details of making sure everything was clean would make this a 5 star rating. All in all, it was a great family trip.
