The apartment is a daylight basement of a 1902 home with character - as one room in particular has a lower ceiling height. The (newly renovated) bathroom has a slightly lower head height of 6’-1”, so it may not be suited to super tall folks. All other rooms have standard ceiling heights. With a connection to the outdoors, the windows provide views of gardens and green spaces with cordless blinds for privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, stainless steel double sink, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee making supplies, and dish ware, although no dishwasher.
