Direct ocean front 2 Br condo on the 12th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. You will be amazed by the open floor plan and the spacious feel of the living & dining area. You will also be amazed by the direct ocean front private balcony which is accessed from the living room and main bedroom.

Wake up to beautiful sunrise views from primary bedroom. Spend time to enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something hot or cold; or cook up your favorite foods to entertain your family and friends. As our guests, you are always invited to use the owners' fenced in private pool area for more secluded relaxation. For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with Unit #1201H to make it a 3 BR/3 BA combo to share with extended family and friends.

You have proximity to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Our condo was ocean front, looked out over the sand pool and had a great view. It was comfortable although the kitchen was sparsely equipped and the refrigerator was ann old model and not user friendly. Everything else was fine. Chanda and Navin, B-2 Vacations, are wonderful, responsive and eager to correct any issues that arise. We love Royale Palms, having stayed there many times and will return next year, although probably to a different unit.

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean, right on the ocean, love staying in this building with access to Hilton and the beach right there. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall 2024 at the Royale Palms Overlooking the Beach

Beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom Condo Unit overlooking the Beach. This is our second extended Fall stay in Unit 1201. We are planning on returning again in May and again in the fall of 2025. The unit is spacious, well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Onsite parking is handy, beach is beautiful. Close to everything. Use of gym close by is an added bonus.Chanda and Navin are amazing to work with and helped make planning our trip and enjoying our stay seamless. Would recommend Royale Palms Unit 1201 and B2 Vacations to anyone.

Royal Palms is a great place to bring the family. We never had to leave the resort. All of the food and amenities that you could ask for are on the property.

Best Beach Week This Year

My husband and I are both retired and we decided this year we would go somewhere one week out of every month this year. Of course, during the summer we head for the beaches. This condo is hands down the best place we have stayed so far. It was decorated in such a manner we felt we were at home instead of a converted hotel. It was also far better than any hotel we have stayed in during the seven months of this year. They have thought of everything for convenience, even down to a night light in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and the furniture was exceptionally comfortable. The designated pool was very quiet until the hotel guests discovered it and invaded the few chairs available. Everything was precisely explained by the owners which made it so much easier to follow. We absolutely loved this place. We will be staying here many times in the future. I would rate 1201 Royal Palms a 10 star if possible. The balcony was a retreat all by itself.

Amazing ocean views

This unit is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Nicely situated for golfers- barefoot resort is a 5 minute drive and the Dunes Club and Grand Dunes are super close and all great courses. Also a very quick trip to Walmart to get groceries. Really enjoyed access to the Hilton beachfront bar (Wet Whistle). Property management was great. Already booked again for next year!!

Wonderful week at Royale Palms

We just spent a week at Royale Palms Room 1201 and we had a wonderful time! The room was exactly as described - very spacious, clean, and included lots of extra items in the room. Navin and Chanda went out of their way to make our trip for a family reunion with over 100 people (25 seperate rooms) total an exceptional experience. They were always very responsive and took great care of all parties! We highly recommend this location which is centrally located to the outlets, nice restaurants, and night time activities. Having beach chairs and umbrellas in each room was an added bonus that we all appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful trip!!

Awesome condo!

This was a great location! Amazing view and super nice condo! We came for a dance competition at the Hilton next to the property and this was super convenient for our needs. The owners were super responsive to any needs that popped up. Only downside was the building elevators - one was always "down for maintenance". But this is to be expected in a high rise and not in the controll of the unit owners! Would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area!

Great location with a beautiful view, away from busy downtown, yet close enough for easy uber ride to restaurants and shopping. Very clean with tasteful decor. Easy access to Hilton property, loved the Tiki Bar. Some confusion on use of the Hilton pool. Had to have a wrist band. But was happy to use Royale Palm condo pool and beach.

Enjoyed our Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms condominium suite 1201. The condominium was as described and very comfortable with an ample supply of kitchen utensils, bedding, towels etc. The view from the balcony is magnificent! The building itself is well kept. The corridors were being painted and carpets replaced during our stay, but the renovations were quickly done and not at all disruptive. Navin and Chanda were very responsive to our queries, and to the only one time that we needed their help – the master bathroom lights had to be reset and someone came within the hour. Navin and Chanda also sent us timely detailed emails, so that check in and check out were very easy. This was our first experience with B2 Vacations, and we have already booked our vacation with them for next year.

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
