Washington & Warren are exceptional for their excellent restaurants, spas, antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, farms, historic homes, gardens, vineyards, distilleries, and orchards. The Gilmore Girls creator modelled Stars Hollow, the perfect Connecticut town, after Washington and the Independence Inn after the Mayflower Inn.
