We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The home includes six bedrooms with eight total beds: three king beds, two queens, two fulls, and a full-size sofa bed. Each room features memory foam mattresses, blackout shades, soft linens, and extra pillows. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom and generous storage for extended visits.
Three full bathrooms with modern finishes
All three bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Choose between a soaking shower/tub or sleek walk-in showers, each offering spa-inspired comfort to support your daily routine.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining for groups
Prepare meals with ease in the kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and kettle. Cooking basics like pots, pans, spices, and oil are included. Two dining tables seat up to 18, with extra island seating for snacks or casual meals.
Entertainment-ready living spaces
The main living room includes a plush sectional, Smart TV, and electric fireplace. A game room offers a 100" projector screen, foosball, air hockey, Pac-Man, a putting green, and oversized checkers, perfect for movie nights or friendly competition.
Private backyard with covered patio
Step outside to a fully fenced yard with a covered patio, string lights, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. Ideal for pets, morning coffee, or evening hangouts, it’s a relaxing outdoor space built for connection and comfort.

The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. Toiletries, soap, and cleaning supplies are fully stocked so you can settle in with peace of mind.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!
The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.
BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
