Slope side spacious yet cozy Mammoth House

Enjoy your mountain vacation in our slope side home in Mammoth Mountain. This cozy but spacious chalet is located on Chair 15. Walk out the door and you're on the mountain, just ski 50 yards to the base of Eagle Express. The layout of our home is designed to bring friends and families together with the freedom to come as each pleases. Lots of space to spread out to do remote work while others enjoy reading, playing board games, watching a show or napping by the fireplace.

Our house is designed for the perfect family and friends retreat. The main level has a spacious but comfortable living room complete with a fireplace for everyone to gather and socialize. Off the living room is the large deck facing the slopes with a hot tub, large table and outdoor heaters for all your entertaining needs! The main floor includes a chef's kitchen with a bar area as well as a separate dinning room which seats 14. The luxurious master bedroom suite is also on this level. On the top level is a spacious bunk room which sleeps 8, perfect for all the kids! Just down the hall is a comfortable den outfitted with a tv and couches, suited for a hang out room for the kids or a quiet area for reading or working. The bottom floor has three bedrooms, one en-suite and two with an adjoining large jack and jill bathroom. Also located on this level is the entrance to the slopes with the perfect Ski and Snow Board mudroom with a half bath and enough cubbies and shelves to hold everyone's belongings! Our garage fits 2 large cars with space in the driveway for two more cars. TOT: 9429-0001. TOML-CPAN-10416

Great location

We loved the house and the location, the only negatives were property maintenance. The bbq did not work as well as the outdoor fireplace. With it being springtime and the patio right on the slopes we spent most of our time outside, it would have been really nice to be outside grilling.

KDF company trip

This was a company trip with my co-workers. Everyone loved it. The house is beautiful and incredibly well located. I don't know of a nicer house available to rent that is located on the slopes.

Getting the band back together

Phenomenal ski in / ski out house. The spacious house is perfect for a small group and has all of the amenities. Relaxing I. The large hot tub is excellent. It is a highly entertaining experience as the chair lift is close and the peanut gallery comments are hilarious!

This is the Best rental in mammouth.

Everything is stocked. It has everything you need in a kitchen and bathrooms. + 2 dishwashers so perfect for big groups. Location is a 10/10. Couldn't be better.

Spectacular Stay

This is by far one of the most incredible rental properties in Mammoth. The location does not get any better and the house is amazing. We enjoyed every amenity the house offered and look forward to coming back again.

Outstanding Accommodations and Location

The property is everything it appears to be online - extremely comfortable and luxurious, fabulous location, great amenities, and could not be more convenient to skiing (with a great trailside mud room with bathroom). Owner was also extremely responsive and helpful. We will look to book this property again.

All I can say is First Class! Lodging, Location and Skiing where better than we could have imagined!

We had 10 people and everything was truly amazing. We have stayed in Colorado, Utah and California and This place beat them all. A true Ski in/out home with runs for every level around it. Great owners, great management and great experience. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time and having ski in/ski out was awesome! Right on the slopes.

The property was perfect for our group of 8 (3 couples and 2 individuals) and everyone had their own bedroom which gave them privacy if desired but lots of common space to hand out with each other as well.

Wonderful Big Family Getaway

We had such a wonderful time in such a beautiful home. The biggest plus to this house, although so many to choose from, was the ski-in ski-out access that brings you to Eagle Lodge. It was ideal for a whole family that loves to be on the slopes. We also spent so much time in the kitchen and living spaces it started to feel like home. It was great for homemade pasta night! We are so happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Amazing Hosts

My family and I had booked to stay here with Monique and Jonathan, not once, but twice. And both times members of my group, including myself, came down with a bad case of covid. Not only were Monique and Jonathan extremely understanding of our situation, but went above and beyond to help remediate our situation. Their communication with us was 11/10 as they tried to get us the best possible outcome. We hope to one day stay here and enjoy their gorgeous cabin and gracious services. Thank you!

Perfect Ski-in / Ski-out Mountain Home

Photos can't do this place justice. Just the perfect home for a large group to all comfortably stay, have direct access to the slopes, and plenty of comforts for those who want to stay behind. Four excellent bedrooms and a perfect bunk room that can sleep up to eight with no problem. Very well designed and appointed house, and the hosts went above and beyond to makes sure we had everything we needed. If you're a skier, there is nothing better than having your own private equipment room just steps from the run into Eagle Lodge. Never had to hunt for parking or lug all our stuff through a crowed lodge. And at the end of the day, we could ski right up to the house, stow our gear, and be in the hot tub in five minutes. And if you're not skiing , you can sit and watch the skiers and boarders zoom past the windows all day. Fantastic for people watching. We were three families with 7 kids between us, and we could have easily had room for another family and child to join us without anyone being crowded. Also the layout is great for kids, with their own private TV room to hang out in upstairs next to the bunk room. Huge dinning table, with room for everyone, and lots of areas to sit and relax. Everyone was 100% on renting this home again. A ski trip as never so easy or comfortable.
