There are also plenty of restaurants and bars, such as Bouillon Julien, Chez Janou, Candelaria, Favela Chic, Chez Jenny, and Derrière. For a quick pick-me-up, grab a cup of coffee at Breizh Café or Le Plomb du Cantal Rive Droite.

The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, with République and Temple stations only 3 minutes away. This location is also near Gare de l'Est (1.3 km), Gare du Nord (1.9 km), and Saint-Lazare (3.1 km). It's a great location to explore the city and take in all the sights.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
