Upea Oceanfront Villa

Ainutlaatuinen Oceanfront Villa saatavana kahdella tai kolmella makuuhuoneella. Hinnoittelu on kahdelle makuuhuoneelle. Yksi erillinen yhden makuuhuoneen yksikkö voidaan vuokrata lisämaksusta. Asettelun ansiosta perhe voi käyttää yläkerrassa 2BR / 2BA isovanhempien tai alaperheen alakerrassa 1BR / BA: n.

Yläkerrassa on tyylikkäästi sisustettu, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokasali ja olohuone. Mestarilla on king-size-vuode ja näkymä merelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja parivuode (nukkuu neljä). Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Tilava kansi syömiseen ja auringonottoon.

Yhden makuuhuoneen yksikössä on täydellinen keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Queen-vuode vuodesohva nukkuu neljä. Täysi merinäköala ja muutaman askeleen päässä hiekkarannalta.

Pesukone / kuivausrumpu saatavana molemmille yksiköille. Yhden auton autotalli varastointiin, mukaan lukien tuolit, sateenvarjot ja polkupyörät vuokralaisten käyttöön.

Osuuksia voi vuokrata erikseen tai yhdistää yhdeksi suureksi yksiköksi. Hinnoittelu on kahden makuuhuoneen!

Peaceful time at the beach

Myself, spouse, 3 adult kids, one with spouse and 2 children spent 2 quiet and peaceful weeks at the beach; the unit with seperate quarters ,upper and lower worked well for our group, direct access to the beach and pool was only steps away, We have been coming to NSB for over 50 years and this unit met our growing family needs for both joint family time and separate time as needed; our host was responsive to any needs during our stay, will definately be back again,

Our favorite vacation rental!

Our 4th year here and hopefully next year too! The views were amazing and the place had everything we needed. The beach is the best, clean, uncrowded, and got to see dolphins every day. I just cannot imagine spending our vacation anywhere else!

Winter Getaway

Sea Dunes is wonderful, so comfortable, relaxing, and restorative. The view and sound of the ocean, the long, flat beach, just steps from the door and nearness to great restaurants makes this place a gem.

Gem on the Atlantic

This is a beautiful and comfortable home just steps from the beach. The views of the ocean are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. A great location for beach walking, biking, birding, and relaxing with a good book!

Best vacation

This truly was our best vacation. The villa was absolutely perfect! It was stocked with the kitchen/bathroom basics. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, games, towels, appliances, coolers, grill, etc. The location was fantastic! Tom was great, very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions.

Great location, very nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The owner was communicative and straightforward. The beach was just down a short wooden walkway. The beach itself is broad and a great place for kids to play. We really appreciated the laundry facilities, too.

Everything we expected and more at this lovely beach home. Tom was very accommodating and the home was well stocked. The ocean view and breeze were exceptional. We recommend this for anyone that would like a relaxing, stress free vacation!

The location and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The house is just as it's described. The umbrellas and beach chairs were perfect and not some cheap knockoff. Tom was great to work with and very accommodating. Can't recommend enough.

Peaceful retreat

Highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway to rest and relax. The beach in this area is beautiful, especially having it steps away from your door. The views of the full moon from the balcony were priceless. Tom the owner was very hospitable and the unit is well stocked with everything you need.

Wonderful stay

We booked about 2 weeks before arrival due to Hurricane Helene and Milton altering our plans on the Gulf side of Florida. It was an unexpected change of plans and it couldn’t have worked out any better! Tom was a great host. Even with an A/C issue before arrival he had us settled in with another amazing backup accommodation next to his place. He was great at communicating with us and making sure everything was going well. Can’t beat the location- just a few steps to the beach and pool. Incredible views. Quiet and serene.

Magnificent villa by the sea

Property was as described. Everything needed was available. No surprises. Great location and easy access to the beach. Beautiful weather. Would definitely return if we have the opportunity in the future.

Awesome vacation!

My family had SO much fun staying at this property. Everything you need is there and it was never even close to being crowded. Just a short trip to restaurants, things to do. The beach there is so clean and the water was great. The beautiful pool just a few steps from the front door and it was never crowded either. We even got to watch a rocket from the cape launch! I totally recommend staying here. Tom was so easy to deal with and made our stay special. We will definately stay there again if possible!

A nice relaxing getaway

6 of us have been renting for years at different Florida beaches on or near the water. This location might have been the finest. The house is immaculately maintained and had everything that we could have ever wanted or needed. The owner was responsive and everything was set up to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The ocean front location would be hard to beat. The surrounding area had many close restaurants, shopping, gyms, and fun areas to explore. Highly recommended!

Great stay

This was our second stay at this property. We like the separate living space for us while adult children can stay upstairs. Short walk to the uncrowded beach. Everything you need is provided and a tankless water heater means that you never have to wait to shower. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He will even keep you updated on rocket launches which are awesome to see.

Ocean bliss

I took my two young kids, my teenage niece and my parents to NSB for the week and we had the best time! The house is so clean and inviting and had everything we needed. You can hear the ocean at night and watch the sunrise each morning. Easy kitchen to cook in! Steps away from the beach with beautiful greenery all around. Tom was so helpful with the check-in process and available as needed. He even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch. Hoping we can return next year!

Beautiful Place

This was a really beautiful property in a lovely part of New Smyrna. The place was steps from the beach which was great! You can crack the window and hear the ocean waves at night - my favorite! The condo is an upstairs and downstairs (I only stayed in the upstairs area). Downstairs has an attached garage full of anything you could possibly need: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, tools. I was also saved from buying an extra charging cable I left at home because there was every type of cable imaginable in one of the drawers. Also, I found some sunscreen when I ran out! I had great communication with the host. In fact, after I was lamenting that the beach had a bunch of sargassum seaweed on it (from the recent hurricanes), Tom offered to comp my dinner. Highly recommended!

Fantastic New Symrna Beach, FL

This was the best week ever. The villa was exactly what we needed and had everything you could ask for. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool especially our 5 yr old granddaughter. Our 2 yr old grandson enjoyed the beach and playing in the sand. We would highly recommend this property - - it surely was nice with this pandemic going on - beach was perfect with very few people and having the villa we were all to ourselves. We surely will want to come back next time we head to the beach. Mr. Cook was great with letting us know everything that he had going on and we appreciated that.

It’s PERFECT

This place is PERFECT. It is SO close to the beach it takes about 40 seconds to walk from the kitchen to the ocean. And the walkway is like a tropical paradise, it gives off island vibes more so than Florida vibes. It was SO clean, I am VERY particular about cleanliness and it even met my standards. It was fully stocked with lots of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, games and so much more for all 5 of the kids we brought with us!! Very kid/baby friendly. Comfortable beds and the private “in-law suite” downstairs was PERFECT for our family to all stay together comfortably without disturbing each other’s early mornings or late nights. We enjoyed the pickleball court and the balls/paddles that were provided. We cooked dinner each night and found it very accommodating. You can tell the owners love their home and that it’s very special to their whole family. This place felt like home, and we will be back as soon as possible!!!

When we were younger, my wifes parents had a unit at Sea Dunes. We always said that if we could ever afford a second home, we would come back to Sea Dunes. In 1998 we were fortunate to purchase our home.

We love the privacy! Its like having your own home on the beach. Great place to relax. Our setup allows an extended family stay together. Grandparents downstairs, Children and grand children upstairs.
