- a large bedroom with a double bed 140 and closet;
- a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, cumulus and dryer;
- a fully equipped American kitchen (Refrigerator, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, Filter Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave, Mini-oven, Induction Hob, Hood, etc.);
- a dining area;
- and a living room with a sofa bed and television.
You will particularly appreciate the furnished terrace of 12 square meters and the shared pool, a real place of relaxation and conviviality.

The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, Hairdryer, Iron, Air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the residence. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
