Happy Palm

Happy Palm house is located in the heart of Palm Springs. This recently remodeled home offers extraordinary mountain views while being only 5 minutes away from downtown. The location of the home also provides the ability to visit the entire desert area: Palm Desert, Joshua Tree National Park, fine dining and shopping and to hike the trails in Palm Springs . This house has an exceptional amenities such as pool, hot tub. Palm Springs ID #3995. Parties are not acceptable.

ABOUT THE SPACE: Home comfortably fits 6 people in our 3 bedroom house. With double French door that open to a mountain view and private patio, this space makes it easy to unwind. Inside the house is a full size kitchen with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Dinning table, couch and chairs in the living room space. Fast WiFi (>200mbps), YouTube TV (85 channels) on a 55” Samsung TV. An open closet with drawers to unpack, along with a beautiful bathroom. Shower has a large head with a door access to the pool. King size memory-foam mattress, extra pillows, and a strong AC unit for cool comfort even in the summer heat.

No smoking inside the house.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. There is a private area just outside the main yard area that is very secluded and is perfect for morning yoga sessions and late night star gazing. Pool and hot tub is available for use day and night. There is a two-car garage and laundry for your convenience. The new BBQ are also there for you to enjoy. There is a desk and in one of the rooms if you need it, although working at The Palm is discouraged!

If you intend to use the pool during the fall and winter months, activating the pool heater is recommended. The daily charge for running the pool heater is $100 and the hot tub only is $50. The temperature can be set wherever you would like. We will also have the hot tub running at your desired temperature.

The property is completely enclosed and should be fine for well-behaved pets. There is a $50 pet fee per night for our furry friends.

**We can also provide you with luxury vehicles during your stay for additional charge per day. We have vehicles ranging from Tesla to Mercedes to Rolls Royce. Please message me to get more information.

Happy Palm Happiness
We stayed at Happy Palm for 19 days and during that time several friends and family came to visit. Everyone enjoyed their visits. Pictures and description were very accurate. Kesh, our host, was very responsive and professional. The home is a classic mid century architecture and is well maintained. Indoor and outdoor spaces were as shown and very lovely. The gardener and pool staff were reliable and showed up when expected. The kitchen was well outfitted for at home cooking, of which we did a little but the food in PS is so good we weren’t dining at home that much. Proximity to downtown is a bit more than we wanted for walking to town but in spite of Modernism week we were always able to get parking. The hot tub was fabulous and we used it day and night but in Feb the pool was way too cold. We opted to heat the hot tub but not the pool. Highly recommend this lovely setting.

Very clean property
We loved this property, especially the pool! However, since we paid a lot for the pool to be heated we should have control over it. The hot tub was not hot. We did call the number provided and gave 2 different phone numbers but we got no response. Luckily we own a pool company and figured it out ourselves, otherwise I would have asked to be refunded. The grass area is very nice and relaxing. The outdoor TV is a bonus. We enjoyed our stay!!

WOW!
We were impressed by this property the moment we walked through the front door. Beautifully decorated. Contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed. the pool and spa were used for hours each day. The property provided a welcome respite from the tail end of winter in NYC. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Fun in the Sun
We rented two properties to accommodate a family gathering. This was the home we spent most of our time at splashing in the fabulous pool and enjoying preparing meals in the amazing kitchen. Host was very responsive. We would definitely rent again because it was new, beautifully decorated and easy to get anywhere quickly. The only downside is the airplane noise.

Excellent Palm Springs property
House was perfect for my wife and myself. Updated and very clean inside and outside. Close to downtown Palm Springs is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and the owner was very responsive when we had questions about the TVs and pool/jacuzzi operations. Will definitly stay there again.
