Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 41 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 69 m². We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 41 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (single), armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : two single beds.
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds. Sheets and towels included

- Separate toilet.

- A garden and a terrace, facing south, closed, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bayonne, in a very pleasant environment at 15 minutes walk from the small Bayonne. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- At 20 minutes from Biarritz, the airport and the golf of Ustarritz.
