Charming House for 8-9 Guests with Heated Pool and Spacious Garden

Escape to a charming countryside retreat in Salles, situated in a peaceful location between Bordeaux and Arcachon. Set in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Landes de Gascogne, this 140m² house is ideally located for visiting the Arcachon Bay and the Dune of Pilat, enjoying the ocean, exploring Bordeaux, or taking a peaceful walk in the forest.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, take advantage of the private heated pool (available from June to September, and may also be opened in May depending on weather conditions), the private boulodrome (with free games of boules provided), and the fully fenced 2000m² property.

The first floor of the house includes:

* A bright, open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso, and kettle)
* A spacious living room
* A TV room that can also be used as a bedroom for 2 people (sofa bed with high quality bedding)
* A large bathroom with a toilet (equipped with a washing machine and dryer).

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms:

* A bedroom with a queen-sized bed (memory foam mattress)
* A bedroom with a double bed (memory foam mattress) and a chair that can be transformed into a bed for a child
* An office space with a sofa bed: this room can serve as a workspace for remote workers or easily be transformed into a bedroom (sofa bed with high quality bedding)
* A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower
* A separate toilet

Free wifi is available throughout the house.

There is parking available on the fully fenced private property.

The pool is secured according to current regulations (with a rolling cover).

In the summer, guests have access to garden furniture (including a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a small outdoor seating area, and sun loungers) and a barbecue.

The boulodrome is lit for late night games in the summer.

The house, built in 1901, stays cool during the summer months and does not have air conditioning.

The house and property are for the exclusive use of guests.

Notes:

During the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation following the recommendations of the official government website.

Late check-ins are possible for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, guests will find the necessary minimum for their vacation, including dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and sponges.

Linens (including kitchen towels and bath mats) are included in the rental price.

Bed and bath linens are not included in the rental price, as our guests usually prefer to save on this cost. However, we offer a complete set of linens (bed and bath linens) as an optional extra for €100 per stay. It can be ordered and paid for after booking.

A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and covers the disinfection and preparation of the house between two renters. However, the house must not be left dirty upon departure. We ask guests to leave the house in the same condition it was in upon arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, empty refrigerator and cabinets, no visible dirt, and trash taken out, etc.). If the house is left dirty, the renter will have a deduction from the security deposit for the extra time spent cleaning at a rate of €35/hour. The renter will be notified immediately via a message on the booking platform, by text message, or by email, along with photos and/or videos. We also offer a "full cleaning" package for renters who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, which will be charged at €30/hour.
