With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this 4BR / 3 Bath private vacation rental is located in the Margate Tower, a luxury oceanfront resort within the Kingston Plantation. A fully equipped kitchen and large dining room table provides the perfect opportunity to gather for a meal and plan the next day's adventures. Plenty of living room seating to wind down and relax after a busy day at the beach or wind down on the large wraparound balcony, while enjoying the beautiful view. Accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 king beds and 2-Twin beds and Sleeper sofa.

In addition to the large wraparound balcony, there is a private balcony off the master bedroom, full size washer / dryer, free dedicated Wi-Fi and cable, plus so much more.

Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, is adjacent to the resort. The bait & tackle shop, arcade games, casual dining and nightly live entertainment throughout the summer make it a great place to go. The Myrtle Beach Airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away!

Please Note:
Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, they do not have access to 78 Fitness, Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
