Short Get-A-Way

Property was very clean and well stock with all the essentials and was very close to downtown Asheville which is where we were visiting. I would recommend Studio 19 to any couple looking for a nice, cozy stay near downtown Asheville. Will stay here again!

Anniversary Trip

Our trip was fantastic & Frank’s place was outstanding. He’s very easy to communicate with, and it was the perfect size for our little weekend getaway! It was also within 5-10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while visiting!

Wonderful stay near Beaver Lake

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Frank's place. The space was well laid out, spotless, and had an extremely comfortable bed. We couldn't have been more pleased. A bonus was the short walk to Beaver Lake and the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Excellent spot for a weekend getaway!

Studio 19 was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. The apartment was stylish and spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of nice touches-great shower, comfy bedding plenty of hangers if you don’t want to live out of your suitcase, and even coffee and creamer in the apt when we arrived. Frank was not only hospitable, but very friendly and offered plenty of restaurant recommendations when I asked for some of his favorites. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Accommodation

This place was perfect in every way for a fall couple’s getaway. It was immaculate, stylish and in a great location in a wooded neighborhood close to a beautiful lake. It was very secure and private. Frank was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend his place.

Charming studio apartment in a great neighborhood

My husband and I stayed in Studio 19 for 3 nights and really liked our stay. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the unit is very well outfitted for renters. The owner was very accommodating of a request I had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property is a wonderful option for a short stay in Asheville. The neighborhood is a lovely hidden oasis that is close to many local attractions. Tranquility abound

This lovely studio is conveniently located in a leafy oasis minutes away from the hip and bustling town center. It is close to everything, including the Beaver lake trail ,the bird sanctuary, the botanical garden, trader Joe's, whole foods, and the fresh market. The decor is artistic, and the neighborhood is quiet. It has all the essentials s we needed, and the bed is comfortable. What is better, the host is very communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will come back when we are in town.

First time visit to Asheville, NC.

Our studio retreat was excellently appointed. This spacious apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well equipped and the open concept layout made the space feel even bigger. It was clean, up to date and a joy to come back to at the end of a long day sightseeing. Our host was only a text message away. We would definitely stay here again. ☺️

Exploring the Biltmore

We had an ambitious plan of hiking the falls from The Last of the Mohicans, and explore the Biltmore in four days. The property location was convienent for our plan, and good restaurants at the end of the day. The place was clean, quiet and in a residential neighborhood that was blooming more than than the Biltmore. This was booked the week before our trip and served our needs perfectly. Well designed and organized. Mission accomplished.

Amazing Asheville Home Base!

Fantastic location and beautiful interiors! My husband and I stayed the last week of August and everything was perfect! Frank reached out to us before we arrived to let us know the apartment was ready for us if we wanted to check in early. Beautiful quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from The Biltmore entrance and close to downtown Asheville. There are many shops and restaurants within a couple minutes. My husband and I were thrilled with the overall layout of the space and the gorgeous interior design! It was our first visit to Asheville and we will be back! Frank was a wonderful host and had every detail thought out! Thank you Frank!

ALL-AROUND EXCELLENT!

If you are looking for a high-end property in Asheville, this is it! The property photos tell the story -- chic, sleek, comfortable, and ULTRA-clean! All communications with the Host were complete and helpful (and speedy!). Luxury bedding and linen. We appreciated the MANY thoughtful touches (light switches and remote controls were all labeled + an abundance of electrical outlets in convenient locations). WiFi was strong and speedy. The kitchen area included all the conveniences needed for comfort -- including a complimentary pint of half-and-half creamer. The bathroom shower (rainfall + handheld) is extra-nice and towels were thick and fluffy. The doorlocks were easy to use and created a strong sense of safety. This property is located in one of Asheville's premiere neighborhoods, and it's quiet & peaceful PLUS about a 7-minute drive to downtown. There is a small outdoor seating area that is especially calming and charming. Overall, an A++ rating and have already recommended it to several friends.

Frank is an amazing host. The studio apartment is perfect. We did not need for anything. Centrally located to all the activities we had planned. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend staying here.

There's something about the Blue Ridge Mountains that just feels good. Now, I host people visiting the area, doing what I did for a dozen years before I moved here. I love to host Studio 19 Asheville guests so they can experience that same good feeling I felt visiting here for years.
