In addition to the lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area, there is also a full exercise room available to our guests at no charge. Additionally, there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
