Make lifelong memories with your family and friends at Wahoo Wahoo, located in Pointe West Resort, Galveston! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the bay from the large private balcony! This fantastic 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo on the bayside has granite counter tops, comfortable coastal decor, washer/dryer, patio furniture and much more! It has a well-stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, extra dishes and utensils. The master suite, has private balcony access, and a spacious bathroom with his and her sinks and an over-sized walk-in shower. This condo also features covered parking with an elevator.

Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, located on over 1000 acres with 3 miles of private beachfront, features an infinity edge pool, hot tub, large kiddie pool, BBQ pit, fitness center, restaurant & bar, gift shop, access to the beach and more! The bayside features a second pool with lazy river, hot tub, BBQ pit, fishing, crabbing, biking and hiking trails, kayak ponds and bird estuary. The perfect place to spend your next vacation in Galveston!

Free WiFi and cable TV, with your access details.

One time $25.00 resort fee per person for adults and children over the age of four years old, per stay payable to Pointe West Resort.

Woohoo Wahoo!!

My husband, daughter, friend and myself wanted a short trip to end our spring break and are we glad we picked Wahoo Wahoo for it! Great location with a beautiful view of the bay and the Sunset pool and close to the beach club for access to the other pool and the beach. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed! We would definitely book here again!!

Relaxing on Labor Day

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Bay overlooking the lazy river pool, which also was enjoyed immensely. The weather cut our beach day short, but we were thankful for the relaxing cozy stay in comfortable condo Wahoo Wahoo.

Great Family Vacation

This was our second time in this condo and our third time staying at the Pointe West. We love the place and we love the pools and beach. We had a great time. Home was clean and location to the sunset pool was perfect.

Wonderful family vacation

The condo is beautiful and the perfect setup for a family. Close to the pool and perfect to watch sunsets over the bay. Private beach access is a nice perk too. Quite a distance from the activities in downtown Galveston, but we didn't mind being on the quiet side of the island. We really enjoyed our trip to Galveston and would love to return in the future. Did choose to leave one day early to avoid hurricane Beryl, but you can't control the weather.

Girls Getaway

The condo is super nice and we enjoyed that it is kind of off the beaten path. The host is also SUPER responsive and helpful. We definitely will go back and would love to stay in this condo again.

Fun Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time staying again at pointe west. This time we rented a golf cart and it was super fun cruising around the resort and to the beach and beach club. We will be back!

Great, quiet beach condo

Nice condo in a very well maintained property away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston proper. Great walkable beach access, beautiful bay sunsets. Grandkids loved the lazy river/pool. Easy drive into Galveston for activities and restaurants but spent most mealtimes enjoying the balcony and its bay views.

The perfect spot for a beach get a way!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda’s condo! It’s location is perfect (right across from the lazy river pool) and the Pointe West property is a perfect place to spend a Galveston beach vacation. Only negative is the lack of shade at the lazy river pool. We stayed at Pointe West several years ago and loved all the mature trees and shade the lined the pool. Not sure what happened to them but it makes escaping the sun rather hard.

Wonderful!

Our family had such a great time here! The condo was perfect for our young family. We loved being close to the pool and watching the sun set at night. The condo was equipped with all the essentials and very comfortable. We hope to come again soon!

Beautiful and fun property

We had a great beach weekend here. This condo is right next to the lazy river which the kids loved. The resort has a convenient restaurant and private beach access. Thank you to the Owner that connected us with the beach equipment rental so we didn't have to haul anything out there, just our towels and refreshments! We hope to be back soon!

The Poolest Place

Great location and great owner. We did have some issues with lack of door privacy blindes, outlets with no power and also constant running toilets, but we also understand they are doing renovations on the property with these updates in mind. Being able to see the pool was very resourceful since we could judge if the pool was full or empty instead of driving in our golf cart (recommend Gulf Coast Concierge) to check on the pool. Wish Pointe West would invest in CCTV cameras so people can check the pools to see how packed they are or if for some reason closed even after open hours. Not a ding on the property or the review but just a thought for Pointe West in general. You can't go wrong with Pointe West Bay side or ocean side. Both are very nice with amazing views. Always a great stay and Amanda is an amazing owner. She was on top of it with communication and preparing us for our visit. Come and enjoy this secret slice of paradise.

Family Get Away

We took a family vacation to this property and we had soo much fun! One of our top three favorite vacations we have taken yet! We absolutely loved the condo, and the balcony its just a beautiful place. It was so very nice to walk right down to the pool. We went to the beach several days and it was nice to feel like you had it alone to yourself with not many people around. Which I'm not a fan of crowds! We were sad to leave but, we will be back again for certain! Thank you!

Great Condo!

The condo itself was perfect for my family! We stayed late March and we were happy to be so close to the heated pool and hot tub. If you want to get to the main pool you have to drive, same with the beach. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the owner was just a text away if we had any questions. If you stay at Pointe West, this is the condo you want!

Amazing Experience in this Beautiful Scenic Condo

Our family of five spent our Spring Break vacation at this fabulous condo for a weeks stay. This was our first time to stay this far west of Galveston and I am so glad we took a chance, because this beach club community is top notch. Although we had cold weather our whole trip, there was still plenty to do. Between being able to walk right down to the bay to do crabbing and fishing, enjoying the hot tubs, walking on the beach, playing games and watching movies at the condo, and driving into Galveston, we had so much fun. We cannot wait to try it again another time when it is warm. This particular condo has one of the best locations of any of them in my opinion. I love the private pool atmosphere and the views. The decor in this unit is beautiful and well thought out. It had all those extra special touches that made it a great experience and the owner was fabulous to work with.

February in the Sun

Property is excellent. The property grounds and the condo were very clean, very comfortable and very well maintained. Very dissatisfied with the pool and hot tub situation. Neither pool had a heater so you could not swim and one of the hot tubs had a heater problem so it was closed. Still had to pay the full fee.
